I think that you should add more steps, so it does not confuse me, because it did. But other than that,good.

I believe this book captures and presents the basics needed to make good sketches of people. I like the explanation of the sketching fundamentals and the guidance given in the sketching projects.

Struggling to get through all the misspellings. Very distracting.

First, there were MANY grammatical errors. The book should have been edited or proofread prior to printing! The book was more about how to hold a pencil, make simple things such as circles, tirangles, etc. than it was about drawing faces. The faces were not realistic but more cartoonish. Not what I was looking for. I returned the book.

It gave me a foundation for drawing faces. I had no experience drawing faces, but this has given me a good start.

This short book contains very good suggestions and illustrations to understand how to make shapes 3D, how to add shade and has step by step instructions for drawing a boys, a man's, a woman's and a girl's face. However there are grammatical and spelling errors in places which make some of the instructions hard to understand. Nevertheless I found it very useful and much better than another book I had purchased. It only gives instructions for drawing shapes and faces. It does not cover drawing figures and clothing.

A good book for complete beginners, but has lots of typos, grammatical errors and odd sentence structures, making meaning hard to follow. A pity because information is useful.
