Black Black!
This is wonderful black paper, Smooth and strong a beautiful rich black works great with all coloured pencils. It is my go to choice when I need black paper. It seems expensive but the quality is excellent it’s worth it.

Quality paper
I used this paper to create a picture using Derwent Lightfast coloured pencils. It proved to be a perfect surface to work on - very happy to recommend for a similar use.

Deep, black quality thick paper
Beautiful, thick, deeply black paper, almost card if not actually card really. Has a very subtle texture too. Great for pen work. Not tired it on anything wetter than that.

Item damaged on receipt due to no packaging and bad handling
This item arrived damaged. Avoid ordering from here as the pad is shipped in a thin plastic film only. IT looks as if it has been handled roughly. Not good for an art product!!The paper is fantastic though, just order from elsewhere if you want a useful product.

Great illustration paper
Arrived beautifully packaged. Very smooth and thick. I tried gouache out and wow. Great for fine illustration detail if your gouache is creamy. Does not hold water well - it crinkles bad. So loses a star. Would be excellent for pen/pencil/acrylic.... So black it marks if you don't watch it.TREAT WITH CARE
