can't get replacement parts under warranty
pc run fine until the middle part of the power cable overheated and stopped working when i rung for a new part under warranty i was put on hold to speak to the right person and you get cut off every time so good luck if anything goes wrong

Dissapointing
Dissapointing!!! The keyboard and mouse didn’t work, have changed batteries and still don’t work. There are no instructions for set up.

VERY SLOW AND NOT WORTH THE COST!
We recently purchased the aser aspire c22 to replace a broken desktop, unfortunately we had to return to exchange for a tower desktop (still acer)! It was extremely slow to start up, laggy when using and froze many times. I thought it may of been down to bloatware and pre installed programs along with the installed anti virus, however this was not the case, as other online reviews said similar, and it seems to be common with AIO systems (maybe not all), the webcam provided was of very low resolution and the speakers that are built in a re very tinny sounding. For the price I would not recommend. It may suit someone who only occasionally uses a PC for very light use. Positive feedback is as follows, the screen is great and it does not take up much space. But if you are looking for a PC that will be used often and for many things I would say avoid this and purchase a tower desktop instead.
