Nike Men's Downshifter 9 Running Shoe

I finally had the opportunity to put these on and go for a run. I found that they were not really Nike shoes. They seemed to be more of a knock off. I run on a regular basis and Nike are my go to shoe. After observing them more carefully I noticed a few design flaws.

I bought a pair of these shoes for our trip to France this past summer to walk around in. They held up great and I felt fine after a long day of walking and standing while seeing the sites. By the time we came home they were so dirty from the trip (I had bought a white pair) that I ordered another pair to wear to the gym.

Fits well, very comfortable, great arch support, very light ... rating as a 4 instead of a 5 only because I have not used it enough to see if it will be durable and hold its shape because the shell is very thin and light but that is part of why it is so comfortable.

These are really nice sneakers but they run a little small so I placed an order for a half a size larger & the price is perfect and they do look nice on. I am returning the size 11 tomorrow with the label provided and I appreciate it very much, even though I was told I could keep or donate the size 11 I am returning them to you thank you again The size 11 1/2 came to days later and they are so great the customer service team and I really appreciate them o

I’ve been wearing Nikes for 10+ years. The last few I’ve been primarily wearing the Nike “Free Runs”. This time I decided to look around for something different. I think there awesome! They’re comfortable and look great.

price was right, and very good grip... extremely comfortable.... it is canvas and not leather or vinyl.... excellent track shoe, if i was still running.... and the BLUE is BLUE so match your clothes appropriately.... and i bought a 14 !!!! and an amazing value for price of shoe....

This is a good-looking shoe, with a distinctive color and fabric. But, despite ordering my normal size, the shoe was so narrow I could barely stuff my foot into it. I tried a couple of things to loosen the shoes up but was unsuccessful. Fortunately I had a plan b and that shoe fits perfectly.

I like these shoes. There is enough cushion on your foot and because they are lightweight and no heaviness is felt when walking. I have narrow feet and they fit snug but not uncomfortable. They have a mesh top which can be good or bad. The good is they are breathable and allow air to flow through. The bad is they would not be great for rainy days and from my experience, the mesh will eventually have a hole in them from use but by then it would be time to buy a new pair. On this pair, there was some initial uncomfortableness at the top where the laces tie on the left shoe. That went away after breaking them in on a 4 am dog walk. These will be used primarily as running shoes and I expect them to do well in that role. I will update after I have put some mileage on them.

Shoes are very good, ight weight and perfect fit. I will recommend this shoes.

My last pair got trashed after running through very muddy fields. Great fit for me and very comfortable both for road work and ‘off road’.Easy to clean and I find them to be hard wearing and durable.

I have used these Nike running shoes for the gym on regular basis and they keep me working well. They don't weigh me down so they help me feel light on my feet whether I'm jogging or running. The shoes are strong and easy to put on, and have a comfort to be worn all day without issues.

I was unsure about these as entirely black trainers, but they look great. Styling is sharp, with a subtle silver shine to the front of the foot. These can be used as a work trainer where possible. They are a little slim and slightly long in the toe but otherwise fit very well.
