I have a 100 capsule loader that I buy these for, and they fit that user perfectly. So far no trouble pulling them apart, sliding into the chambers, or snapping back together. It's a good quality gel capsule, sturdy enough to be handled, seems to dissolve well, no discernible flavor, and a pretty good price right now. I ordered 3000, so they came in separate packs of 1000 with a small amount of pressure in each back to prevent damage, an idea that I wish others would learn from.While most newbies might not understand the value of the 2 color system, for me it has significant value. When you are doing large numbers like several hundred at a time, it's easy to tell if you have accidentally mixed in a top with the bottoms or vice versa. It's also a nice differentiator between one color capsules so that you can tell supplements apart, such as blue/white vs all blue or all white.
