Graco Admiral 65 Convertible Car Seat, Studio

We have used this car seat for a few months now, it was easy to install in both our cars, using the anchors. We moved our toddler out of his infant car seat into this and it was an easy transition. We are continuing to use a rear facing until he is above 40 lb, and he has plenty of legroom. It is not the most cushiony car seat but seems very sturdy when installed properly.

This is a very easy to install car seat. You can use the lap belt along with the top strap. The main thing we were looking for is on that was reclinable so that it fits in the car seat better and at least one cup holder. This car seat had both. I also feel like the padding on the seat is more comfortable than the cheaper ones. We bought a $65 one before this and ended up throwing it away. If you’re looking for an affordable car seat that feels safe this was a good choice for us. It does have steel reinforcements which make me feel more comfortable than the all plastic car seats. His baby seat was a metal tank so switching to a bigger kid car seat I felt we needed to have some steel reinforcements just to feel comfortable with its safety.

I got this as a spare vehicle/grandparent vehicle seat for my almost 2 y.o.I was shocked that with the one recline mode just with the flip of that piece between rear and forward facing that it fit in various vehicles properly and easily. My son was RF in various vehicles during a 3 week trip and this carseat was easy to move around, get reinstalled, and he loved it! He seemed to like something about it more than his 3 in 1 and 4 in 1 dlx, maybe the less padding so he had more space.A great option, especially for a lighter travel seat

Purchased this car seat to replace our ‘safety 1st’ car seat. When choosing a car seat the only details that mattered to us were that it was compact and able to sit next to an infant car seat, easy to buckle, had at least one cup colder, and looked sleek. (Obviously safety mattered too). Our Encore is tiny and we were having issues fitting an infant car seat next to a convertible rear facing car seat. We were able to make it work with this seat. My daughter loves it and calls it cozy. It’s easy for parents to buckle and adjust as our child grows etc. It was heavier and a little more difficult to install than our Safety 1st but this didn’t matter to us as we don’t move the seat. We are impressed and would definitely purchase the same one again.

When the time was right to transition the baby from rear-facing to front-facing, I chose the Graco Admiral 65. For me, quality was at the top of my list. Next was comfort and ease of use. We got everything required along with an affordable price. From someone who uses this carseat every day, I highly recommend it!

Installation was weird but whatever.I love the size and lightweight-ness of this car seat. My partner and I have smaller vehicles and so we were really concerned about getting a big car seat so the dimensions were the key thing we were looking at. THIS WAS PERFECT. Also it's smaller than the infant snug lock version even in rear facing.We have a 2-door and subcompact so leg room for the first passenger was something we wanted to save space on....or rather savor.Now my only thing is the installation. Not easy. Not simple. Kinda annoying but we got it done. Def would like something that didn't take so much time to figure out. It wiggled a lot and then it wasn't leveled so we kept at it for awhile. Again, my main concern was the size and that it fit both cars since we have smaller cars.This did that.My son loves the car seat too. Super comfy and the cup holder is a plus for both he and I.

Bought this car seat for our backup vehicle. Wanted a car seat that was safe but less expensive since my daughter isn’t in this car seat for extended periods of time. She likes it. It’s easy to clean and there is plenty of room left in the backseat of our Toyota Camry, as well as the front passenger seat. Love that it’s gender neutral as well. My only complaint would be that the seat belt harness does not have shoulder pads to prevent the straps from possibly rubbing her neck. However, this has not been an issue so far. I would definitely recommend this seat!

I originally bought 2 safety first convertible seats, they were nearly impossible to install correctly and safely on either my wife's bench seat or my captains chair. The strap on the safety first simply could not be pulled tight enough I spent almost an hour trying different ways to tighten it - I instead bought this Graco version and not only does it feel better made I was able to install it and apply the correct amount of tension in under 5 minutes.Save yourself some time and keep you kid safe - this is easy to install to the correct tightness without any hassle and easily beats out other brands.
