Great for compression, doesn't move
I sized up ( currently 14 pant) but ordered an XL size because my legs are large. I am 5'7 and these can fit onto a taller person too. Worn from 5:30am until 5:24pm on a work day where I'm on my feet, step stools, kneeling, lifting (blue collar work indoors). I was able to pull them down without much difficulty to use the restroom and get them back up like thick pantyhose. I experienced improvement in pain in my legs and a reduction in swelling/water retention (I was having to use the restroom about once an hour for the first half of my day expelling water). Driving was comfortable, but you can get too hot easily in them in the sun. Only discomfort was in my vein cluster in my right leg from being compressed, but varicose is worst there for me. Pictures taken post wash. Will see how a road trip goes for travel, highly recommend.

High quality compression (~20-30 mmHg) w/ great lymphatic drainage support
These are fantastic for compression and lymphatic drainage. It's graduated compression is great up the leg, crotch and tummy to push the fluid up to the heart. I appreciate that they don't slide down or hang in the crotch area. They stay put and are comfortable and easy to get on. I need them to go over my ankle and the legs are long enough for me to allow them to cover 1/2 of my foot and get the good ankle coverage. I measured between a Med and Small. I like the Med โ but also bought Small later on and I feel it's the better of the two for me regarding is fit and compression (while still covering my ankles/feet). They aren't technically a measured compression, but they feel like a 20-30 mm/Hg. Definitely not medical grade. But also not fake sportswear compression. They're not meant as outerwear / leggings as they're see through as they stretch. But could be worn under a skirt. I wear them under my workout clothes.

Not sure
After wearing these for a few weeks I changed my rating to 4 stars - I actually really like them. They are still difficult to get on but I have gotten used to it and it seems a bit easier with practice. Iโm not sure on these leggings - they definitely are compression, and they leave the little marks on my legs so I think they might work long term. I have not had them long enough to say for sure any difference. My issue with them is they are so tight to get on - like itโs painful putting them on and trying to pull them up. Iโm nervous my nails will rip them and they hurt my fingers from the fabric pulling and rubbing (almost like a rug burn). Once I get them on itโs fine - they are tight but not crazy uncomfortable - but the process of getting them on is so annoying I find myself not really wanting to wear them. Also since itโs such a struggle to pull them on I worry I will definitely rip them at some point. For the price - I am on the fence if they were worth it.

These garments DO WORK (with dedication and time)
You must wear the item(s) at least 8hrs a day, at least 6 days a week. I am noticing subtle changes as a result of this amazing technology, and it's been less than a month so far! Great quality. I wear L, but ordered the leggings first, in an XL. The tank, shorts and 3/4 bottoms I then ordeted in L. I could have got a M top, but hey, they're compression garments. If you have bad hands, like me, extra fabric allows a little less stress on the hands, putting them on daily. I highly recommend this product to disciplined humans who desire less dimpled, lumpy looking skin. With dedication, stagnant lymph/toxins has no choice but to be squeezed out of our skin by wearing these Italian made, "magical" compression garments. They do not roll, either, staying in place as promised. Wait til you see the material, and patterns in the design, supporting the back and butt! I now have all 3 styles of bottoms and a tank, easy to layer (unless it's crazy hot humid) As a bonus, since I'm hypermobile, wearing these garments help with both my proprioception issues as well as my Dysautonomia/POTS (common comorbid condition in hEDS).

Took sciatic nerve pain away!!
I wasnโt expecting much when I bought these. Kept seeing ads on Facebook for them. I always go to Amazon and not buy off Facebook. Anyway, pulled them out of the package and they looked liked theyโd fit a toddler, lol. I did struggle a little pulling them up, as with any compression item. Thatโs a good thing! If they are easy, they arenโt compressing. I love the high waist. They are so snug. Feel great on! Andโฆ.to my surprise, my throbbing sciatic nerve down my right butt cheek disappeared!!! I did not expect that! Iโm finally pain free! Iโm not sure Iโll ever take these things off! Well worth the $65 I spent on them.

Manage your expectations
I'm just 24 hrs into these & am starting with a 4 star rating. New to the whole compression gear as I'm working to self-manage loose skin from significant weight loss (work in process) & searching for a practitioner to diagnose my lipedema. My goals are to reduce swelling in my ankles, have moderate compression & provide some relief to my lower body. I say manage your expectations because I read reviews about how compressed these are (or are not). The description clearly states MODERATE compression. With these, expect to have some firmness & hold but nothing that a high compression garment would offer. I chose this brand due to the sizing: if I went based off measurements w/ other brands, I fell between 3 sizes ranging from a L to a 4X. That was too confusing. Being 5'7", I just went with an XL which is close enough (I wear 14/16, hourglass shaped w/ hips 46", waist 35"). I was NOT happy with the price (>$60) but thought I'd give the massaging aspect a try vs my compression athletic leggings. Putting these on requires that you pay attention to what you're doing. Anyone of a certain age who lived in pantyhose knows this: nails are not your friends. I put on gloves at first because I didn't want to create any holes on 1st try in case I wanted to return them. They went on alright: you have to work section by section, slowly, attentively. You can't just start pulling them up. You have to watch where your fingers are at all times. They reach high above my waistline, just under my breasts, which works fine for me. They do not roll down at all. After wearing them for a few hours in the evening, I took them off so that they'd be good to wear all day for work (remote desk job). The massage lines were gone within a half hour after removing them. Next morning, I did not wear gloves the 2nd time and didn't have any issues. The stretchiness was fine. I was able to get everything in place. You have to be very mindful when you up past your thighs to get things in place behind your butt so that the crotch lines up. Shorter people may have an easier time with this. There was not enough material to pull down over my heels. I do find that the crotch does drop, especially with a lot of up/downs during the day & when you have to use the bathroom. They do bunch in the back of my knees a bit but am able to smooth everything out when I go to the bathroom which helps w/ the crotch drop (lol). I can see if I went a size smaller that they'd be more sheer but the thickness of the material based on the size I have is right on point: they are not sheer (do not show my underwear). I could wear these like regular leggings if I so choose (& that was my goal). I would never order a legging that isn't black. I took a walk in them at lunch & there is no chafing or wear showing between the legs. They should have pockets to make them more functional. Huge miss if you're trying to combine everyday wear with function! Time will tell on how well they are in quality & sturdiness. Given the price, material, quality & anticipated sturdiness, these are NOT worth the high cost. I would not pay more than $30 for these. It's terrible how companies think it's OK to basically extort customers with expensive items ... seeing compression over $100 is just ridiculous! I will have to see MAJOR improvements for me to purchase these again (& see pockets on them). I'll handwash them tonight & plan to wear them a few times each week. For the most part, I'll plan on sticking to my $25 compression athletic leggings WITH pockets. I will update my review if there are any issues or improvements! Good luck

Good, so far
I just got to wear these. I was not sure about the texture, but it has not rubbed the wrong way the lipedema on my sensitive thighs yet. They go on without much struggle, just the acceptable amount I tolerate when putting on compression garments. The are too High-waisted for my 5'2" frame. My weight is about 145lbs and I got my normal size of M/L. They reach under my bra line. I will keep testing these a few more time, but so far it looks like I may order in other colors too. They are comfortable to wear, so far, with everything feeling snug in place and not juggling around which helps support lipedema and avoid great soreness later. I like the lenght of how these fit me.

Could be better
I liked the material and how easy these were to put on. These leggings are comfortable. They run big though. I followed the size guide and it said I should order the 3xl. It was too big and not much compression. I returned them for a size 2xl. This second pair fit better. I have lipedema and the compression in the leggings was not enough. My legs ached at the end of the day. This did not happen when I wore other brands of compression. It felt like the compression was stronger on my stomach than my legs. The tightness around the stomach was uncomfortable. I've tried other popular brands of compression leggings. I absolutely hated Jobst. They were so uncomfortable and harder to get on. My Favorite is Czsalus. They have good compression, and fit true to size. For me, all of the compression leggings start to pull down throughout the day and sag a little low at the crotch. They are easy enough to adjust higher but it is annoying having to adjust the leggings multiple times.

Great pants, soft and love the massage ribs, easy to get on and off.
Lovely so comfortable, I wear these all day instead of gym pants. 178cm tall 115kg. Size XXL These are the best compression tights Ive every bought, although I haven't bought compression pants in about 15 years. These fit well land are easy to get on/off and the fabric ribbing seems to massage the legs. I feel like these are working as my legs are feeling better. If only they had pockets.

These are great for mild edema and last well!
This is a great product for mild lymphedema. Good support and eases pain almost immediately on donning. This product is not intended to provide much containment so if you need containment, probably better to look to a heavier grade compression, perhaps Czsalus. But these are comfortable to wear and easy to don and last very, very well. Worth the purchase for sure!

Excellent. Highly recommend for tired, aching legs
Fit well, according to size chart. Very comfortable and breathable. Legs feel like they are getting a gentle massage all day. I love these and will buy another pair. They are challenging to apply and it does help to use gloves to smooth them out at you pull them up. There is rather a prominent seam on the inside of each leg but it does not affect the comfort. They are quite a thick fabric and I suspect they might be very warm in summer. It would be ideal if the company could make a more sheer pair for summer wear. I really do notice a beneficial difference between these infrared leggings compared with my more expensive compression stockings. I highly recommend these leggings to anyone who experiences tired, aching legs.
