Almost Impossible to Understand Directions

I'm very happy with my purchase.
The cassette player arrived quickly, and it proves to be better than I expected. This cassette player is a great, low-cost means of transferring your old cassettes to a digital format but its quality definitely awesome. I used it to transfer several old cassette that were over ten years old and all I done without any issue and amazed at audio quality that like original as well. This product totally satisfied me.

Junk - don’t bother
Poorly made device, feels very flimsy. USB does not work (tried both Windows and macOS).

Cheap, and does the job.
I am so excited to be listening to all my old music; I'm actually converting my Portishead tape while I'm writing this review!This unit does include the software, headphones, a USB cable and the actual player which looks like a standard "Walkman". I will admit when I first saw it I thought it seemed cheap and I didn't have high hopes but it works great! The sound that comes out while it is actually playing the tapes isn't quite as clear as what it sounds like once it is converted but it is more important that it sound good as an mp3.I found the whole unit simple to use, the manual was easy to follow even though I had to improvise on my MAC. I am beyond excited to get all my cassettes on my computer and it doesn't matter to me that I have to sit and listen to each track while I convert it, that's half the fun!Also excellent service!

A must-have for those with tape libraries
I'm a very happy customer.Works better than I expected. Price was low.I have hundreds of tapes I haven't listened to for years and now I can. My daughter recorded music onto my computer by downloading Audacity. Now I have my music on iTunes and she said if I got blank CDs she would record my music from iTunes onto them for me. I can also listen to the tapes on the cassette player with headphones and also I can listen to it through my car like I do my iPod Shuffle. Also I think the sound quality is very good too.I'm very happy with this cassette player.

piece of junk
First never was able to get it connected to the computer through Audacity, but it didn't work long enough to matter. Was able to hear the tape playing with the earbuds, but only for about 5 minutes, before it stopped playing, Could hear the sound very faintly. Tried a second tape with the same results. Sent it back.

Easy to use to convert cassettes to MP3 formate
Works quite well. Not terribly sturdy, but fine for the light use I make of it. Also, I had to use a different cable since the one it came with did not function well. All in all, I'm satisfied with the product.
