I've owned a few electronic chess boards over the years. This one is by far superior to the others if for no reason other than it can be used to play with another chess player who owns the same board anywhere in the world. And did I mention that your opponent's pieces move by themselves! If there is any downside it's that the board is not silent when moving pieces, as I imagined. There is some minor mechanical noise. This in no way takes away from the quality and performance of this board!

I learn best through kinetics and this chess board fit exactly what I was looking for. It is great that I am able to play against folks all over the world from my home - especially playing on a physical board. The automatic movement is good, though the motors are a little loud for my liking. The ability to stream matches is awesome to see. The computer has a good range of strength. I like that it will reset itself, but it is faster to reset the board yourself. It is a fairly large board, so that makes it a hindrance from moving it from place to place. The pieces are really light - would have like to have some additional weight in them. In the end, I am happy with the purchase.

Love it so far easy to set up and play. My son loves it, especially the ai game is really useful to pick when he gets to play. We haven't played with remote players yet will keep you posted on how well it works. It been couple of weeks and going good. Hopefully it will last long and no complaints of breaking up as other reviews have mentioned. Probably the reason there is no insurance suggestioor ads like other products. Just wish I could get the insurance coverage for the products.

Whenever I show this board to people they are always amazed when the pieces move themselves. It is definitely a cool piece to have in your home. Practicing with a computer is great (hopefully it will eventually be updated to have puzzles and tactic training on it) and if you have friends or family that are distant from you, have the ability to play on a board with them is wonderful. I bought a 2nd board just so my mom and I can play on the weekends.
