Disappointed / Now Delighted
The Seffel Mug on the provided saucer does keep the liquid warm but only at 105 F. When the espresso is initially in the cup and cream is added, the temperature is at a perfect 135 F. The temp degrades to 105 F within minutes and stays there for the next hour.What does get hot is my Samsung S9 when I use the saucer as a wireless charger. I have two other wireless chargers andmy Samsung does get warm but not hot like this.I am disappointed.Update: 10/15/19Alright, alright, alright. The attentive Cx folks at Summit sent me a replacement cup and saucer set. It works as advertised. Thirty minutes later and my cup sitting on the saucer was still at 135 F. And then, the saucer quick-charged my Samsung S9 without an issue.I am delighted, thank you.

Relatively Good but not an Ember
I purchased this mug as I have an Ember mug that I like but I found Ember did not hold a charge and was more expensive. The Seffle mug is not like the Ember mug, it needs to be on the charger to retain the heat. If its on the charger, it does maintain the heat but not as well as the Ember. If you take if off, its just a regular mug. The mug quality is also quite ordinary and likely to break easily. The Ember mug is much more solid. The phone charging pad is good and works as expected. Unlike the Ember there is no app.I do like the product idea and I think it can improve. Its a 3.5 on a scale of 5.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas, he says he absolutely loves it for work! He keeps it at his desk and says it keeps his coffee or tea at the perfect temperature to drink! Plus it works as a wireless phone charger and is fast charging. So glad I bought this for him, better than the Ember Mug and you get a wireless charger out of it too! Would definitely recommend!

Deceiving
The description makes one think based on the pictures that you charge the base and it’s more less wireless. That is not the case! It always has to be plugged in. The usb plunged into a computer or other device keeps coffee maybe luke warm. It must be plugged into the wall to even make it worthwhile. Also, good luck finding replacement mugs for it!

Worth it.
Loved it! I can seat in front of my computer and take my time with the coffee without running to warm it again in the micro. Looks nice, light, and useful. Strongly recommend it to all coffee lovers out there.

Does not work
This item did not keep my tea warm at all. I had just heated my tea in the microwave in a different mug and transferred it to this one at work so it would stay warm. It was cold in less than 10 minutes. I tried to use it as a charger and put my phone on it when it was at 49%. I woke up four hours later and it was on 42%. The most worthless item I have ever purchased. DO NOT waste your time or money on this. I did not get around to using it until after the return date had passed. I will not make that mistake again >:(

This works great!
Love this cup and warmer. It also charges my phone while it is in my case. Had an Ember, but it quit working in less than a year. So simple and effective at keeping my coffee hot. I’m glad I found this. Would recommend to anyone who likes their coffee hot.

Drink it while it’s hot.
It’s like the older heater you put your cut on. Not as effective. Cooks your coffee too.
