Foam review
Uses a very dense foam. I returned the package. It didn't seem like the roots could grow through the foam like they would on normal foam. Your results may vary

Works better on the 72 site Beaver raft then the 244 cell plug tray
These work perfect in the beaver plastic 72-cell tray for floating aquaponics super easy probably the best way to do Sprouts of lettuce and so on for raft Hydroponics

My husband got these. He put all kinds of seeds in the center then taped them together and put in to our fish tank. Plants took off quickly and gave my koi roots to nibble on.
