Not for a 4/4.
This is for a quarter-scale violin or something. It's not even close. Maybe I got the wrong one in my order, but it wasn't expensive enough to bother returning. I am pretty sure they just don't know what they're selling.

Doesn't work
Unable to clip onto bridge. The mute is too small.

Good mute for price
Great mute for the price. If your are unfamiliar with using mutes and specificly this product I would suggest watching a 'how to' video or speak to an instructor so not to ruin or break insturment

Extremely Tiny
I had no idea this mute was this tiny. I have a 4/4 violin and this didn't mute anything. Well what did I expect for 2 bucks. Cheaper isn't alwayz better.

Undelivered
I never received this item although tracking showed it as having been delivered. The other two mutes that I ordered at the same time were received but not the violin mute. When I left a resonse for the other two, there was no mechanism for me to contact the seller?
