Okay. Keep in mind that I'm no pro toolman. I'm an amateur toolman at best. That being said, I have one (and only one) issue with this oscillating tool. The blade can't get to where I need it to go sometimes because of where the on/off paddle is. That can be tricky to maneuver around. But outside of that single thing, I love this tool. It's powerful. It'll cut with precision, somewhat quickly, and without failure. With the right blades, I don't think I'd have a problem doing fairly large scale building with just this and a drill. Again, I'm an amateur. So don't trust much of my review.

Bought to assist me in my deck sanding project as some nooks and crannies were otherwise unreachable. My honest take is its a great tool, but the single trigger is a bit hard to get used to. This is more old school in that as you pull the trigger harder it ramps up to the next speed. Thats ok but impossible to regulate. If i had to do it again, i woukd buy the 3 spped option that holds the speed based on where the selector is set.not the fault of the tool just my personql preference.

Honestly this is a tool I rarely use but it’s invaluable when I need it. You can plunge cut very precisely even in hard wood. I had to cut out just a small strip of door trim to fit flooring underneath it. Was perfect and saved me a bunch of time trying to figure out the cut of take the trim off to cut it. I bought it for a grout job, that I haven’t got to yet, on a recommendation from a guy who does tile a lot. I’ll update one how well it worked for that when I finally get around to it but for now it’s a neat tool. It probably won’t get a ton of use but it’s saved my but the few times I’ve taken it out.
