I was warned in other reviews about the horrible taste and they were right! However, I was pleasantly surprised by an increase in energy to get me through the midday slump. You don’t have to dissolve the tablets in your mouth, they can be swallowed instead! Worth the try for the price. There’s a kids version and 1 of my 2 kids can tolerate them

These tablets have an objectionable taste and flavor, but I do not rule out supplements based on their taste. The tablet dissolves rapidly under the tongue for good sublingual absorption, but the undertaste is nasty. Compared to the oral route, the sublingual route of administration allows supplements to bypass most of the digestive tract and enter the bloodstream by way of the blood vessels under the tongue. Due to the price and potency, I would purchase this particular vitamin B complex pill again.

These taste like poison! Got them for my 7 year old who needs some extra vitamins. He said it was gross, I thought he was just being fussy, but we all tried them and they're absolutely disgusting! I'm not sure if we have bad batch or what. Amazon won't allow me to return to get my money back. Luckily it was cheap. Do NOT buy these!

This tastes horrible but anyone who's into natural health knows taste is not a factor in nutrition. I will admit when these are melting under the tongue, they are tart but I feel good knowing I'm getting a decent form of a b complex. If you've ever went to the health food store to get your b-complex, sometimes the selection is scarce. I can't afford to spend in the double digits for online brands. I normally buy this exact brand from Abbys Nutrition but they were out. There are a lot of things that contribute to my health but when my nerves are jittery or I'm anxious or just tired, I can immediately tell when I have not been taking my B complex. This is a staple in my supplements.

I've been taking the D3 and they're tiny and dissolve very fast - I should have paid closer attention to the size of these...they're about the size of a round ibuprofen and the dose is x2 daily. The vitamin taste is very strong and lingers for a few mins. They're also not as quick to dissolve as the smaller one, so I have to work at it a bit. I'll use the bottle when I'm traveling but will stick to sublingual liquid at home for now.

The taste is horrible. It leaves a bitter aftertaste for a long time. These do dissolve very quickly as stated. Just started taking this so not sure if it works well yet.,

Great product, does what it supposed to. My b's are up and pernicious anemia is improving via proof of blood tests. Also, just a tip. If you want these to dissolve faster and easier without that "b spit" left in your mouth, just break them up into smaller pieces and the absorb super fast without that icky left over spit. jmoo

Sometimes I have sever mood and anxiety problems, I swear by these Vitamins. I first tried Superior Source Women Vitamin B a few years ago when my mother bought them for me. It was Mother's day and everything was going great, except me. We were thrift shopping and I had to leave a store, because I was about to cry with anxiety. My mother went straight to a health food store to see if they had something to help stabilize my mood. Within 30 min my mood was stabilized and I was able to enjoy the day! The results have proven to be consistent in the years since that first time. I have tried other Vitamin Bs and none of them compared to Superior Source Women Vitamin B Complex. I have and do recommend them to others frequently. Those who have tried them are just as taken by them as I have been. A word of warning ⚠️ about the taste. The first time you try them it is overwhelming. Keyword being first time! Everyone that I know, who has tried them found that their tastes adjusted within a few uses, many even found the flavor to be desirable. That first dose is gag worthy, but it goes away and is absolutely well worth it!
