I had (notice the tense) a nose that ran constantly. I had to sit with a box of tissues next to me all day. I like having a good supply on hand. Rinsing/moisturizing your nose helps keep you well from allergic symptoms, and from infectious ones, too. The taste is very neutral, and the mixture with water is gentle on your tissues.

Llevo muchísimo tiempo utilizándolo y no lo cambio por otro. Me ayuda muchísimo cuando tengo alergias o congestión nasal. Los sobres vienen bien dosificados, es muy fácil de usar y deja una sensación de limpieza muy agradable. Normalmente utilizo un sobre por lavado, pero cuando la alergia está muy fuerte, siguiendo las indicaciones del fabricante, utilizo dos. Para mí ya es un básico en casa.
