Climaflex Pipe Insulation - Foam Pipe Lagging - 28mm x 9mm (50)

This product is good. It does exactly what it’s designed to do, protect outside pipes from freezing in winter. However, be careful when ordering. Dimensions are provided, but the description does not tell you exactly what they refer to. Consequently, the item I bought was completely the wrong size. But as it only cost around £4, I could not be bothered to return it. I ended up buying the item I required from my local DIY shop, and it did not cost me £4. I paid 72p. Yes. Seventy two pence for a one metre length of Climaflex.

It is what I asked for and does the job I wanted it for.

Very thin and not rigid like the last ones I had this means they dont stay on the pipe well so found one on the floor don’t think they would be very good for a winter

Might sound really strange, but brought this for my new granddaughters push chair. As it is really pretty, & my daughter does not want to scratch the paint work on the frame of it, when she has to open & close it, as the frame sits on the floor, while doing this. So ordered this, to cut two lengths off, to then slit them, so it can be put over the offending frame whilst putting it up & down. But taking off, whilst using the pushchair. So thanks for the prompt delivery, & this foam pipe covering works a treat!.. And my daughter is so happy, as she will not have her lovely new pushchair frame work scratched.

Came folded. Couldn’t use as had crease in. But was unusual what I wanted it for

I’m using this for a different purpose but impressed by ease of use. I’m using this outdoors so time will tell how it fairs against the elements. Maybe a bit expensive for what it is?
