Carpal Sleeve

The support is smaller than the photo suggests. It extends about 1.5" from the bottom gel-pad seam, barely extending to cover the wrist joint. It actually widens from the gel-pad seam to the end of the support, making it snug around my hand but more like a 'hoop skirt' around my wrist. So I'd classify this as a HAND brace, with zero wrist support. That being said, it does a fair job as a hand support, the gel pad makes using the mouse a lot more comfortable. It does inhibit typing somewhat and I fold the top down to minimize the problem when I type extensively. All in all this is better than no support at all, but I'm sure there are better products available.

I have painful arthritis in my hand, exactly where the gel pad is shown in the glove. However, there is either no gel pad sewn in the glove, or there being no instructions as too how to get it cold, that does not work. Otherwise the material itself and the glove provide good relief. I alternate this glove with another one that provides more relief when I need more compression.

aren't very firm or supportive for wrists...gel isn't thick at all.I would not recommend these for carpal tunnel or wrist injurys

I have rather large hands for a woman and this was still too big and won't stay in place. I have another simular product I got froma junk catalog that works well. I was looking for a replacement but this isn't it.

If you have smallish hands, don't spend your money on this. If you have large hands it might fit. One size really doesn't fit most hands. Buy a sized glove instead.

I wear this glove every time I use my laptop now. It gives me padding where I need it to avoid pain in the palm of my hand. As to the hot/cold gel, I don't notice either. The padding seems to stay the same temperature all the time. Which is room temperature. I am happy with the padding for cushioning my hand. I would recommend this glove for support, but not for hot/cold relief. I have small hands and wrists and the glove does not fit tight enough for wrist support for me. It would be okay for someone with larger hands.

One size does not fit all to loose. Got here in great time though

Not as great as I was hoping for. Does not really hold as snug as I was guessing it would.
