Classic Split Willow Creel w/Leather Closure - 16" - Fly Fishing

Very nice quality trout creel and arrived 1 week earlier then expected.Note: Carrying straps do not come with this creel.

This is an awesome basket, reminds me of old school my granddad use to use. Very good quality, well made with good quality material. I'm going to coat it a couple of times with Minwax Helmsman Indoor/Outdoor Spar Urethane to help protect it from Sunlight, Rain, Moisture and Temperature changes. Its 24 degrees outside and windy but come spring I hope to put some nice rainbows in it to take home and find my skillet. Does not come with a strap and if you buy the Creel Leather Harness that they advertise with this then be sure and read my review for that product. Tight Lines everyone!!

This is an awesome creel large enough to carry my minno cup and my limit in fish. I used rustolium never wet to protect the wicker I took all the leather off and sprayed it. It is larger than you think but you get every thing you pay for and then some with this creel. Not a cheep made product well made and sturdy harness is well made. Great product.

Too large and cumbersome for practicle use in the northeast for stream and brook fishing.
