Spot Patch
Really efficient. I put them on at night and by morning, my face is clear. The only downside is that this doesn't qualify for prime and it comes in about a week.

Tea tree oil is irritating
The patches work great but the tea tree oil is irritating. If tea tree oil does not irritate your skin, they are worth trying as they stick well.

Zits really hurt less and vanish quickly

Tried but made my acne worse and caused double breakouts
I bought this twice to give it a chance but did not help with my acne. I used both boxes on one side of my face for comparison. This made my acne worse and I have more breakouts than on the side of my face where I didn’t use it.

All the same size
Started getting these for my kids when puberty hit, and we all consider them a critical tool in the fight for nice skin. We find the CosRx brand to work best, but these are better in terms of thin-ness and invisibility. The thin-ness is a good feature, but it also makes it a little more difficult to remove the dot from the plastic blacking without malforming it, even though the backing has a bendable section. One star off because these are all one size, and I prefer brands that offer multiple sizes (CosRx has small/medium/large). These dots serve several functions: they drain, they heal, and (maybe most importantly) they prevent “picking” blemishes. Oh, there's one more benefit: they COVER oozing yucky zits so I don’t have to look at them! On a new blemish, these dots serve to absorb the gunk and get it out of your face. On a blemish that's halfway gone, these dots help the area heal without leaving a huge scab. Note for makeup users: remove these dots and give your skin time to “rebound” a little while before you try to apply foundation or concealer. Otherwise the skin where the dot was will absorb the makeup differently than the rest of your face, and it can be a little noticeable. (Don't believe the hype that you can put makeup on top of these, that looks weird).
