BQN Oriflame 21 Day Fix Workout Program 4 DVD Set with Eating Plan

These workouts are tough at times but the progress has been amazing! I feel healthier and stronger. I’ve been going for 2 months. Some days are hard but I continue on for the body I want!

Defective DVD. No option to contact an actual representative to get "Plyo Fix" DVD replaced. Amazon does not make it easy to return/exchange items. Very disappointed!!!!!If someone actually follows up with this review, I would like to have this DVD replaced.Will not be too likely going forward to order DVD's from Amazon. Will go directly to manufacturer instead (Beachbody).Not happy!!!!!!

I've only done them for 5 days since I got them recently. Workouts are nice and easy, not too killer. Great for getting a workout in and doing soemthing with your life. They're only 30 minutes so it's great. HOWEVER, I was so excited because I thought they included the containers...to my surprise, they didn't come with it, and apparently it's a plan that works hand in hand with both nutrition with containers plus the workout. Very disappointed that they we'ren't includer with the purchase as it will be harder to obtain the results I want without the help of the containers holding accountable of the food I'm eating.

With all the workout packages out there - this is the one that I go to and resort back to. It challenges me enough but also gives tips on how to engage more. All ages can do this program. I am almost 60 and plan to keep it up!

Highly recommended. I originally got the 21 day fix extreme and it was too much for me. Then I got this one and it’s easier. I hav ever using it for 3 months and I love it.

Originally I gave this 5 stars because I have used the program before and love it. I bought this DVD version for a friend and she just finally got around to trying it! The problem is is that the second disk is not the same program as the first. The second disk is the EXTREME version. It says is the regular 21DF but when you play it is 21DF Extreme

Getting me in shape for sure! Autumn is great at motivating you. We have been doing this for a month now (yes we were really out of shape) and are finding that it has definitely gotten us on the right track to fitness. We have made it a part of our life!
