Can I just say.... wow!!!! What an awesome company and I am so happy I had chosen them to make this stamp!! I am a first year teacher and I needed a simpler way to stamp papers for the modifications I used for my SPED students. I spent so much time designing the stamp I needed and was so nervous it wasn’t going to turn out right. They had it made and shipped within hours of my ordering it. I got the message that it was delivered, but it wasn’t. I was so upset. I emailed Pickled Stamps and let them know. Freya had told me to check again and that sometimes USPS gets ahead of itself in saying something has been delivered. I checked again and no luck. Emailed her back and she made and sent me a second stamp. I ended up catching my USPS courier and asked her to check other mailboxes to ensure it hadn’t accidentally been placed in a different box. Sure enough, it had been. I quickly tried to email Freya back from Pickled Stamps to let her know, but she had already sent the second stamp to me FREE OF CHARGE!! She was incredible and an absolute delight to work with!! I HIGHLY recommend this company and this stamp!! My stamp turned out beautifully and I’m so excited to use it!! I like the stamp, but it seems their ordering directions need tweaking. I followed the red example for ordering numbering each set of text and putting commas between. The stamp was made with the commas MOST of the time, yet they were not in the photo. Not “perfect”, but also not bothered enough to deal with it. Also, sometimes it drips little ink drops. Hoping that was an affect of being in the hot mailbox.
