William and Harry: Behind the Palace Walls

This book was easy to read. Each chapter focused on one of the boys and progressed nicely. The book even has some pictures. I enjoyed the book and I think I understand William and Harry much better.

I read this in hopes that the next generation of royals would be less spoiled, demanding and boorish as the current generation of the royal family. William comes out better in this book, but I don't understand Kate waiting six years for him to make up his mind. Harry is portrayed as out of control with no common sense. Hopefully, Kate Middleton Windsor will be the saving grace for this family.

An interesting read, entertaining, but certainly nothing even a non anglophile American has not read or heard before.. I would recommend it to anyone who is so fascinated by these two young princes, that they just cannot get enough of them. But as I said interesting, not terribly revealing of two young men who constantly work to protect their personal lives from the public. Certainly nothing new about Princess Diana or Camilla.

I got this book back when it came out, wasn't too displeased with it,- sort of an if you've read one you've read 'em all royal book. For informational purposes (bringing the story up to William & Kate's engagement) get the paperback version of the same book, re titled "The making of a Royal Romance"- for up to date information I have no idea what to get.

I loved the book.

Wonderful

Imagine having to go through what they went through, no one can. But Katie Nicholl did a fabulous job of telling us. Thank you for a great book. Mourning the death of your mother is hard enough, but going through it under the constant and relentless spotlight is torture. I'm so glad that both William and Harry came through the terrible ordeal as well as they did, but they should have had the privacy to mourn, and I'm upset that the media never let them do that. They had each other and because of that they survived.

Very happy with my copy of this book. I was looking forward to receiving it and when it arrived it was in excellent order throughout. Like new.
