2.5" Wide Angle Car

This was not made to be a dashcam in hot cars. Lasted 2 days in the California summer heat, then the battery ballooned out and wouldn't turn on anymore -_-. Instructions didn't tell me what the sun icon meant on the display. I get what i pay for i guess.

Claims to have a 120 degree angle view, can't see anything other than the car in front of you.Plastic is cheaply made and LCD screen is blurry.I knew 25 bucks it was cheap but wasnt expecting this cheap.The suction cup was the only decent thing on this item and was even harder to pull off than putting it up.Sending it back.

I purchased 2 of these dash cams and both are defective. Purchased them in November but only installed it this week. The issue with mine - the display screen keeps flickering, like a faulty display. The night mode doesn't come on at night...it did it the first day I used it but after that nope. Ok now to the 2nd dash cam which is in my boyfriend's car. The suction cup would not stay on. He cleaned the windshield, tried different methods but nothing. We can't even replace it cause we're currently not in the states now. We live overseas. It's very frustrating. There's saying in the country I'm residing in... "To cheap, no good"

I don't usually write poor reviews, but the dashcam arrived in deplorable condition. The screen is covered in deep scratches in addition to a significant gash. I am very disappointed in the lack of quality control, and will be contacting the seller to return it.Edit: I am waiting for a replacement to come in, will update the review when it arrives.UPDATE: The company replaced the dash cam, the second one that came in works as expected. Quality isn't super great and the suction cup falls off periodically, but overall works for its purpose.

This was a replacement for one sent to me that arrived broken. Not by the post office, the screen was cracked.This company is selling recycled/used products as new. Both the original and the replacement had damaged screens and looked like they had already been used for a year.The night vision on this camera is poor, the video is set to read less frames per second (so everything moves quickly).. not really a problem.. but the audio isnt sped up.. so there is no syncronization and the screen freezes on the last frame while the audio plays out. The picture quality is NOT good enough to get a license plate, but i dont know if any other are. As a first venture into a car cam this was a massive failure.

No night vision at all. Power supply to short if using big SUV like my Sequoia. It is no reach , very bad. I gave 2 star by force. All others comments here are fake ! This camera very old model. Still using SD memory card. The view very poor. In the night nothing show. Don’t buy !!! Few month its stop work. No record. Rubbish.

Instructions are a little hard to understand due to translation. Suction cup mount tends to fall off after awhile. Clean the area thoroughly before mounting helps. Other than that it is a great budget dash camera. Use a quality high speed SD card for longer lasting performance on recording.

The best thing about this unit is that it has the one of the old style cell phone batteries so out of all the cans most of them as soon as you turn the car off the batteries done with this one because it has a real battery they can work for maybe like 30 minutes or so with the internal battery which is removable other than that cameras not really that great it’s mediocre picture quality and you can forget about any kind of night vision whatsoever
