1 gallon bag-in-box syrup (when mixed at recommended ratio) yields 6 gallons of soda ** For those wanting to use this product for Soda Stream or other like ways: To use this product, you can either purchase a BIB Basic tap valve (also sold by Sup Supply) to help make for easy dispensing in original box, OR you could simply remove the bag from the box, cut a SMALL hole in the corner of the bag, and CAREFULLY pour product into a different container for easy storage and dispensing. (Syrup Supply is not liable for spillage mishaps, as this is not the intended use.) Although this syrup CAN be used with SodaStream, it is meant for REAL Soda dispensers (ones you would see in restaurant, fast food, and bars). All bag-in-box syrup is 5 to 1 concentrate. SodaStream Syrup is 23 to 1. So you WILL need more syrup than what a SodaStream user would be use to. SodaStream makes their syrup 23 to 1 by adding a lot of diet sweetener, (even to their sugar based products), which is why most people prefer real syrup Mixing Example, if you have 25 oz of water you would use 5 oz of syrup. You may add or subtract syrup to your own personal taste. With SodaStream you may need to tilt the bottle back and forth a bit to be sure it is mixed properly. BIB syrup is thicker (because it's got more sugar) than SodaStream's syrup, so mixing may take a bit more effort. (with exception of Diet BIB syrups) 1 gallon of BIB syrup should produce about 6 gallons of finished product, so that means about 22 liters for SodaStream.

Dilute, and poor flavor
This syrup is very dilute. A decent beverage required almost 3x as much as the comparable product from SodaStream. In addition, the flavor is pretty gross. It tastes mostly like lemon juice. I was excited to find a large volume for a good price, but I will not be purchasing this again.

Very good substitute for SodaStream Energy drink
I was looking for replacement for SodaStream brand energy mix and this has worked out well. Tastes similar to the SodaStream version. While it is more diluted than the SS version, at least for me the amount I use per drink is still more cost effective than buying SS product. The recommended nozzle is easy to install and works as advertised.

Not for soda stream
This product doesn't work well with soda stream machines. You would need to add more syrup to he bottle than the bottle has room for.

Taste is adequate
Good substitute for the big brand. Great mixer. Use for adult beverages in home soda machine. Guests don't comment that is noticeable different than big brand.

Great tasting energy drink. I use this instead of sodastreams version, so much more inexpensive.

Very good energy drink syrup
I bought this because it appears the Cuisinart syrup Energy flavor is being discontinued.The service was great, arrived quickly. The syrup itself, needs a tap or you need to pour into a container. It tastes pretty good, very similar to a red bull. Unlike the sodastream version (energy flavor) this has no sucralose so it has a clean taste without that diety aftertaste. I am very glad to have found a replacement and will buy a gain.
