Q: Does this product kill grasstail?

The product does not kill anything, what it does is , stops seeds from growing. So once you clean a area of weeds you spread product and weeds don't come back. You spread it once a year in gravel, rock beds, walkways, even in flower beds that you don't plan on putting new stuff in. You will never pull a weed again in these areas. I love the product.

Q: Can you spread this in and among evergreen ground cover shrubs?

Yes, perfect place. It doesn't kill anything it just stops seeds from sprouting. So you need to clear out any weeds ,spread it in garden and no more new weeds will come up. Do it in early spring or late fall. Good to spread on gravel or rock beds also

Q: when must this product be applied?

In the bridge ,end of winter,before spring. It does not kill growth it prevents seeds from germantation. Also anytime you clean a gravel or a rock bed. Once it's clean of weeds put product on. In your regular garden beds, that doesn't get new plants . In a fruit tree orchard. It's so nice that once you put in the hard work of getting the weeds out, you don't see them coming back

Q: What are applicatio instructions?

The instructions are on the back of the package. Spring - apply before weeds come up or after weeding. Fall apply after hard freeze.
