Bubble Stop Solution for Waterbed Flotation Mattress

At first I did not think this stuff worked. I was having trouble with my new mattress about 9 months after purchasing it and filling it up. It was good at first and then all of a sudden there's massive air bubbles for no reason. Every week for about a month or more I was trying to get rid of the air bubbles. I even hooked up the water removal thing hoping to remove any water that may have gotten bacteria in it (that's what usually causes the air bubbles to form) and refiilled the bed. Before refilling the bed I added the water conditioner, the Bubble Stop had not yet arrived. A week later I added the Bubble stop with no good results. For two weeks after adding the Bubble Stop I still had to stand on the mattress and work the bubbles to the end of the bed. I was ready to order a new mattress. But apparently after all that work standing and rolling on the bed working the air bubbles to the bottom of the bed the Bubble stop was dispersed throughout the bed and it now seems to have worked. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't had any air bubbles big or small. I'm still not convinced but each week without bubbles is convincing me it's working. UPDATE: 4-3-16 I just spent another 20 minutes removing bubbles so I'm saying it does NOT work.

For some reason, as waterbeds get older water has to be added more frequently and large air bubbles form just under the vinyl surface, sloshing whenever you move. This Bubble Stop takes care of that. I can't say for how long -- we added it a month ago and have had no problems since. If it's less than six months, I'll update this review to reflect that.I do want to note that we have a hardside waterbed (the type that fits inside a bedframe) rather than softside. I don't know if it would work with softside, or if the foam sidewalls in that type of waterbed would affect the solution.END OF JUNE 2013 EDITED TO ADD: The bed has started sloshing again, and I just ordered another bottle. So the solution works for a little less than six months in a queen-sized waterbed.

This shop is completely off the map. Who sends a box that is totally open and no tape anywhere? And oh, by the way, there was nothing inside. And now I have to fight with Amazon to try to get a refund. Of course, they ask me to return what I never received, but I guess that's just something I have to deal with. I'm done with Amazon. This is just stupid.

Still have bubbles

After forty years of sleeping on a big, wonderful sack of water, this is first time it has ever been "sloshless". I love it!

I had my doubts about this actually working but we put it in several weeks ago and so far, so good!

I buy this product all the time. It really works!
