These cutters are made in our shop in Yoakum, Texas. We have engraved settings for 1 in. 1.25 in 1.5 in. 1.75 and 2 in.(see picture) To adjust the stop, simply loosen the wing nut and slide the stop block to your desired cutting width, then tighten the wing nut to secure it firmly in place. No need to measure! Made out of solid oak and Baltic birch along with HDPE plastic for the soap bed. Rubber feet on the base prevent sliding while you load and cut your soap. All parts of this cutter are made in my shop using a CNC mill, and held to very tight tolerances so that every cutter is accurate. The Baltic Birch base as well as the arched arm are machined from a solid piece. There are no saw cut parts here everything is machined! This cutter will cut soap loaves as large as 5 inches tall and 5 inches wide. It is designed to cut hot and cold process soap not melt and pour. The size of the cutter itself is 15 1/2 x 14 x 9.
