(10) Large Velvet Black Pouches With Drawstrings

I really didn't expect much from these pouches. I just needed something to keep a few sets of dice separate, so I was more concerned about price than quality. That said, these are surprisingly sturdy. The fabric is much thicker than I expected, and while the seams are single-stitched they seem durable enough, with no missed stitches or stray threads. Considering the cost is for 10 of these pouches (which currently puts the price per bag at about $0.85), I feel a 5-star rating is more than justified.One note about the size for those having difficulty visualizing it from the measurements... These pouches are just barely large enough to fit a man's wallet inside of one. If you're buying them for dice bags, you could fit three or four sets of polyhedral dice in one pouch with room to spare.

They are black pouches with drawstrings. The "large" bit is a stretch, and "velvet", well, it's velvet-like. Cheap quality with a cheap price to match. They're a little stiff and probably won't stand up to heavy use, but then if you're using a pouch on a regular basis (e.g. bringing dice to a weekly gaming session) you owe it to yourself to invest in a much nicer one than these and enjoy the experience that much more.These are perfect for small gift-giving. Did I mention these are cheap? At the current price of about fifty cents each these would make a classy, inexpensive presentation.You could use them to pimp your games by storing certain components, but given that you can't see what's inside without opening it I'd limit it to one per game box and use it for something obvious like dice. They're definitely too short, and maybe too narrow, to hold a standard deck of cards. I stuck the pack of these in the bin where I keep all my generic game supplies like baggies, post-its, etc. and patted myself on the back for being so organized.These are too small and flimsy to use for games which require drawing tokens or dice on every turn. It's unlikely your hands are small enough to fit more than three or four fingers in.

The bags were sent quickly and arrived in perfect condition. All the stitching on them appears to be fine...no flaws like some have mentioned. The measurments are spot on, too. I've been using them heavily to store certain of my e-cig "PVs" and they are a perfect size for storing and for carrying my PVs with me when I go out. They'd be great for storage for any number of things, like watches, jewelry, party favors, gaming pieces, etc. They are very nice, and when I need more I wouldn't hesitate to buy more from here!

Ordered these to sort out dice sets, they work well, and have a solid construction. No flaws in the stitching, drawstrings work as they should. Each of these bags holds up to 7 sets of dice (49 dice total) and still closes completely, with a bit of room left at the top of the bag.

First of all, I received the wrong bags. I was expecting large velvet bags as advertised in the picture and description but got small 2"x 2" organza pouches. This was no big deal because I do understand that mistakes happen. The customer service from this company is horrible! I sent in a request to return the item with an exact description of what i was sent, and they keep giving me the runaround about my return. They continue to require me to take a picture of what I received even after I described in detail what I did receive. Either they don't trust what I am saying or they are trying to wear me down. Either way, this is no way to treat your customers if you want people to continue shopping with you.

I bought them and several pound-o-dice orders, to give to kids that play RPGs at the library where I work. They are good bags, well made and worth the money.My only complaint is the amount of time it took to get them after I ordered, nearly two months.

Just to present a contrast with the only other review at the time I write this:I ordered 40 of these, for use at gaming party. They arrived promptly. There were no manufacturing defects associated with any of the bags. They're exactly what's described.These are mass-produced inexpensive velvet bags. I had no problems with them.
