First one didnt work, but the company walked me through returning it and sent me a new one via Amazon. Its a great product, no issue with new one, mike works better than advertised. Very pleased!

When it works, it works very well. Note of caution: Make certain it stays paired. Once you veer out of the bluetooth range, of course it disconnects. So you've really got to pay attention to make sure it is still paired. It's touchy. Check your footage immediately after you shoot.

Great idea but you need a third party video app, you can't use this with the iPhone camera app. Returning it and getting a corded mic. I hope someday Apple or whoever will allow this to sync with their native apps.

Thank you for your great MightyMic products.I have 2 MightyMic S (plug in Mic through headset) and it works great with any iPhone app and any iPhone.I recently bought the MightyMic W model & use it well with MoviePro. I would like to use it with the built in IOS video app and other apps like FilmIC Pro. It only works with apps that support Bluetooth 4.0. This is a limitation of many apps and not of MightyMic W.The clarity, flexibility and ease of use of the MightyMic W surpasses my previous attempts at wireless remote recording with other devices.
