BOSKA Soft Cheese Knife, Mini, Rose Wood

The skinny side area is great for soft, sticky cheeses like Brie or Mozzarella. Much less clingy than normal knives. These are well made and look good. They also match some other nice cheese knives from Boska for harder cheeses.

Highly recommend these cheese knives. Saw them at a respected cheese shoppe while having a pairing and love them. Are very ergonomic and effective and of high quality.

Bought these for my son in law and am very pleased. Was a little worried as some thought them small, but they are perfect for a small cheese board. they look good. I will probably be getting a set for myself. I like that they are one piece stainless and can go in the dishwasher.

I did not like the fact that the knives were made in China. I thought with a Danish company company, their product would have been made in Denmark. Other than that, they are nice knives.

Purchased 2 for gifting along with artisan crafted cutting boards. They are attractive and well packaged. I am proud to gift these cheese knives!

The spreading knives are ergonomically designed to be comfortable to hold and easy to use. I also like that they are completely stainless steel. The previous brand I bought had a separate resin handle, but it was difficult to clean the space between the blade and the handle. Since cleaning and having sanitary utensils is critical for use with food, I am much happier with the well designed, elegant, and easy to clean spreaders from BOSKA.

I read quite a few reviews of this that said that the handle fell apart or started to disintegrate because it’s wood and didn’t do well being washed. I haven’t had any of those problems. However, I do wish the handle was longer. It feels too short to really hold comfortably. Overall the knife is fine it’s not the greatest knife in the world for cheese but it does the job.

This is a great set that works with any cheese board, from marble to wood. They feel very substantial (heavy) to hold them. Three of the cutting knives are very sharp and work with any cheese I have attempted, from hard to soft. Even the spreading knife is thin enough to cut and spread. The knife with the holes does a great job releasing soft and/or sticky cheeses.
