Why is there a hole in the top? I used mine for the first time last night and sparks were flying out of it?

Hello, The spark screen should not have a hole on the top, only a handle. Please give us a call at 888-881-4668 and we can help you regarding this issue. Thanks!

The opening of my fire pit is exactly 24” across. Will I need something bigger than the 24” size?

Hello, We would recommend going with a spark screen that is 24" in diameter. If you have any further questions please give us a call at 888-881-4668. Thank you!

I need a 26 inch spark screen and do you have any that have been returned or cheaper. Thanks

We do not make spark screens in 26-inches, unfortunately. We only sell our products in New condition.

Why does the screen cost as much as an entire fire pit with a screen included? Seems like a rip off.

I understand what you mean but my other screen that came with my fire pit was flimsy and metal was too pliable. This is sturdy and of good quality.
