The things I liked most about it was that it was very sturdy and had a great extension. I felt comfortable having my phone on it with full extension. Was able to capture some memories with friends without having to bother strangers. However, it is definitely not compact enough to keep in your pocket or small purse (as I was trying to do). It became kind of annoying to have to carry it around because of its shape. But it did work very well.In my original review, I noted how my remote wasn't working so I contacted Gear District to get a replacement since they advertise Lifetime Warranty. I received contact from them right away about getting a replacement. I left for my vacation abroad a few days after, and when I returned, three weeks later, I still never received it. As luck would have it, the selfie stick broke during the last leg of my trip. Since I enjoyed having it so much, I thought I'd contact them to see if I could get support on it. So I contacted them again, referring to how both the remote and the stick were broken (and that I had not received a replacement remote yet). They said that they would get me a replacement bundle and that they would ship it the next day, I would receive a refund for the delay, and they would check in with me a few days after shipping to see if I have received it. Sweet. I received the refund, but never received the bundle. Not even a check up to see if I received it. I already had the refund, so I just put that to buying a new one to replace the one I loss. When I got the package, my selfie stick worked great with the bluetooth button that was on the handle, but did not work with the remote. I started to look closely at the description to see if there was any way I could contact the seller. Having a functional remote wasn't a big deal to me since the button on the stick worked, but I thought I'd ask about it in case I was doing something wrong. I saw that they had a "Full REAL Lifetime Hassle Free Warranty ! 100% US Customer Support!" tag as part of the description and contacted them via their website. I wasn't expecting an email back for another 10 hours, since I was contacting them a little past midnight. I was delighted, impressed, and surprised to have received a response within an hour from the founder of Gear District! I explained the problem and he told me he would send a new remote right away! I'm going to be using the selfie stick on my travels, and will update this post with a comprehensive review, but I thought I would leave a review for the excellent customer service I received.From the shots I have already made using the stick, I can say that it's easy to use and feels very sturdy. I gave it a good shake to see if it would fall out, but the grip held it nicely. I do not feel worried about my phone falling.

Great price for a fantastic useful product! I needed it for a promotional selfie photo for a company. It arrived on time in good condition. It comes with SO much more than just a selfie stick. I love the tripod option with the remote for times when I need both hands in the picture. The stick length is adjustable from extra long, if you need it, to super short. Comes with a digital, easy to use, guide. Comes with the remote charged. Had to charge the stick for about an hour before using it. It is best, as mentioned in the guide too, to connect to either the stick or the remote at one time.

I did not like that there were no instructions on how to put the parts together and it was not intuitive (and I usually is capable of figuring such stuff without a guide). So I had to look on YouTube for guidance. I took the stick on vacation and the button on its handle broke just after one day of use (probably after 20 photos taken). Remote still seems to work but I did not use it really. I regret the purchase.

It is compact when closed. The bracket holds my cell phone (IPhone 5S) securely. The selfie stick and the remote shutter paired easily with my phone. I took pictures with both the selfie stick and the remote shutter. And they worked great! The Gear District company is very helpful if you need assistance with setting up or using this package.

Great bundle. Works great, came charged. And all in working order. The customer service is beyond amazing too... my phone in the case was slightly too large for the trippod mount and they fixed me right up free of charge. Recommended to all my friends!

In love with this one! It is not heavy, the buttons work beautifully, and the biggest plus was being able to use it for portrait angle and not just landscape. Which was why I looked into this stick in the first place. The bundle was amazing. The tripod is as solid as a rock and the little button shutter is a life saver.

Overall, decent product. The extras which accompany the selfie stick are a plus factor. There is a bit of an issue with connectivity and quality. Challenge getting the button in the right on position as well as the stick button. Nonetheless, for the price it serves its purpose. It would be a good idea for them to provide a strap for remote to prevent losing it. So you might want to buy one or attach it to a keychain.
