What is the manufactured date & expiry date?

The manufacture date is usually within 1 month from your purchase date, because we only shipped one month qty for sales valume each time. Expired date should be 3-5 years if you store it in a cool and windy place, do not expose these labels in sunshine.

can't someone just same tape over the removed tape?

No, it can't. First, the tape residue is very difficult to clean, so you can see the difference at a glance between the removed tape and new one.

what if someone cuts with box knife?

A dry, clear, and ultra thin security "void" film will be left on application surface if tape is removed, so it's very difficult for a knife to cut such a thin film, that is to say "impossible to tamper it with just a knife".

May this product be effectively used around (frozen) lids/pails of ice cream 2.5 gallon containers?

I don't think it could, but you can make a try to test, let the test result to tell you. Thanks
