Expensive and small
Small package and expensive, but does work for nom tok. It’s bigger granules than other powder I found in the market. Not super hard to make but is nice to have premade and ready to go.

I really haven’t use this product yet but the quantity was good and it is very fine! I have no doubt it saved me hours of manually grinding to use for my recipes! I will buy it again when needed!
