Indiana Jones has nothing on you!
A great first game, by Randy Hoyt and Foxtrot Games. My wife, who is not considered a hobby gamer, thoroughly enjoyed the unpredictable nature of how the tiles are used to layout the map. Due to the modular design of the game, no two plays are the exact same. The components are in great condition, for "chunky" meeples that represent your player, and all of the dangerous animals you will come across. Even though you can take your path to find the treasures, there is still plenty of player interaction, with being able to send those ruthless animals after the other party, to block and take their treasures, while you venture forth for the idols you need and get out of the jungles.Lastly, this game would be fun for the whole family who likes to do in the other. Overall, very enjoyable game.

Now You Can Finally Be Indiana Jones
This is a gem of a game with excellent components. You can play it cutthroat or not: it's up to you (and whether your spouse is mad at you). Highly recommended for a family game night, or for a fun, light strategy game with a theme that is oozing between the tiles.

Five Stars
This game is probably one of the most fun I have had.

Beware of panthers!
I snagged this off Kickstarter and have played it about 10 times with 2 to 4 people. It is fun and plays quickly, usually between 30-45 minutes. There is a little learning to get the hang of it but after the first game, things move pretty quick. The animals add a nice, vicious dimension and we have had fun thinking about adding our own "extras". I like the fact that you build out the jungle as you explore. I also played some of the expansions and these add nice wrinkles to the games play although I am not sure if these are available yet.The game is well designed, with nice wooden meeples and animals and feels and looks good.Relic Expedition has quickly become a favorite go-to game. Looking forward to expansions for adding more players (only good for 2-4 right now).Highly recommended.

Excellent family game
I have been playing this with my two children (7-10 years old) and they really enjoy it. It was very quick and easy to learn the game, but because the layout is different every time you play, and because there is a good mix of strategy (easy for beginners, can get a little cutthroat if you want to play that way for more experienced game players) it has wonderful replay value. The first game or two might take closer to the high end of the time estimate (about an hour) but with familiar players a quick and fun half hour game is more typical for us.The pieces are extremely well made and solid - I expect this game will remain in our game closet for many years, and hold up to a lot of play. There are some very nice touches to the artwork and manual that really show the dedication and skill that the game designers put into this.

Snakes... why did it have to be snakes?
My wife and I had a chance to play this with game designer Randy Hoyt at BGG CON 2013. I've been itching to try it out ever since I first saw it on Kickstarter in early 2013, so I wasn't sure if it would be as good as I had built it up to be. No worries there. Everyone playing loved it! We had a great time, and got a chance to talk with Randy afterwards about the initial design, the Kickstarter process and future projects he had lined up.For hardcore gamers who won't sit down to a game with an average game length under 4 hours, this probably isn't for you. But this definitely has a place for a group looking for a game that is very interactive, fun, fairly short (under an hour even with the maximum four players), perfect for families, and loaded with theme and adventure. Plus, the random tiles ensure you never play the same game twice. I give it five out of five fedoras.

Excellent light adventure board game
Where else can you get all the adventure of Indiana Jones in under an hour? This game really shines in the re-playability department, due to the use of tiles to form the jungle. You really feel like you are exploring, not knowing what's around the next corner! The components are top-notch and sturdy (though a little more color contrast would have been helpful). We've enjoyed the game with two to four players, and it plays very well. This fun game is great for a family game night, or as a fairly long filler for a big game day. It can be played friendly or a little more cut-throat as the players choose.

Solid Family Game
I found this game to be a lot of fun. Both of my children (13 and 6) picked it up quickly. The components are good quality and I love the wooden pieces. The random aspect of the tiles kept the game from getting too repetitive.
