Great product, with just a few days of use can feel a difference.

Wasted money, I do not recommend it.

I purchased this product based on the reviews. Most of the reviews reported no jittery side effects, and that is why I purchased it. The first day I took it with in 30 minutes I was very jittery and bouncing off the walls. II only took one that day and had a horrible crash from it and could not fall asleep that night. I have not taken another one.

This product made me very shaky, upset my stomach and took several hours to recover from.

Made me sick with an upset stomach every time I tryed them.
