Impress 9-Inch Diameter High-Velocity Fan

Great little fan. Used it camping in the camper and in a tent and this little fan really moves the air. It does have white noise but thats OK. Helps me to sleep. It is well worth the money spent. Ready to go right out of the box.

Who know 9 inches would be so very impressive! I really just didn't expect this fan to move as much air as it does since it is only 9 inches. It feels like driving down the road at 50mph on high. The construction is ALL metal.. no plastic crap that will quickly fail. I live in a mobile home and even with the window AC on high it still can get up to 80 degrees in my living room which is why I wanted something I could put close to me while I am on my PC which is where I am most of the time. This fan is very impressive, it reminds me when I was a kid in the 80s before everything started being made of plastic! The metal makes it look so much cooler than a plastic fan and I honestly think the blades being metal moves air more quickly. The speed settings are easy to use, you have the knob on the back which you can turn on to low, medium or high. For daytime I used high because it really moves some air but at night I put it next to my face on my table beside the bed just to feel the air and hear the soothing sounds of a fan. I ABSOLUTELY recommend this item. It is NOT cheaply made like almost everything else is today!

A very good little fan, which I used by the bedside. It gives you the right amount of air from somewhat mild to very high. I have dropped it numerous times no problem. It collects no dust at all, unlike the plastic fans I would advise, if you need a personal fan, buy it.

I’ve been using this 9-inch standing fan, and overall it works well for basic use. The good thing is that it’s simple, lightweight, and easy to assemble. It works well if you just need direct airflow without any extra features. However, the main downside is that it does not oscillate, so the air is only directed in one fixed position. This means you need to be directly in front of it to feel the full cooling effect, as it doesn’t spread air around the room. Overall, it’s a decent basic fan for personal cooling, but it’s better suited for close-range use rather than cooling an entire room.

I highly recommend. This is great for small apartments where you can place it over the vent and spread the air. It’s good as a classroom teacher to bring in and sit down to circulate the air and it’s quiet it really pushes out good air. I was almost thinking of buying another one because of how high velocity this product is.

I purchased this fan because the blurb said QUIET. I understand that all fans will make noise, and it is unreasonable to expect that a fan will be "silent". However, this fan is LOUD, and it also has a "rising and diminishing" whistle. It sounds like a "WEEEEEE woooooo... WEEEEEEEEEE wooooo" etc. If the noise was a constant fan "hum" it would be acceptable, but I purchased this fan to be in my bedroom. And with the inadvertent and inconsistent whistle sounds, it is impossible for it to ever become "white noise". To it's credit, it works great. It blows like an airplane propellor. If you don't need quiet, I recommend it to you.

This thing is absolutely awesome!! gives me that good noise that I expect from a fan so I can sleep at night. I don’t want a quiet fan. I want a loud fan and I want small enough to not take up a bunch of room and this one is perfect. It sits on my nightstand next to me and it drowns out noise from the house because I work third shift. I need noise like that so I can sleep and this one gets the job done. I went through a bunch of fans before I found this one. This is the one you want.!! I may order a second one just to put away that way in 10 years. If this one goes bad, I’ll have the other one ready. lol

I have a cross pull from one fan to another and this fan blows the air over the bed and not on our faces. Con; on high it sounds like a jet taking off, or a lawn mower. I've gotten used to it and have been sleeping a little bit in. It is strong and better than plastic standup or square fans. My ac broke in the bedroom and this fan with other fans works fine. I feel my money wasn't wasted and I can endure the noise it makes.

I had a similar fan for over 20 years, and it died a few months ago. It was used almost every night for sleeping and sometimes throughout the day. It made a nice white noise and was quiet enough for a comfortable sleep. I went to a big box store and got a replacement of a cheaper brand, and that died in a few months. I thought I'd give this fan a try. The construction of the fan seems good. I'm happy it has a metal blade. The fan has a slight high pitched sound on the lowest setting. It's very slight, but it's annoying. I can alleviate it usually by having the fan completely vertical. I do not hear this sound on the middle and highest setting. The fan moves incredibly fast and is very noisy while cutting the air. I've decided after a few days that this fan is not going to work for sleeping but I will keep it for the livingroom on hot summer days. It moves air around well. I think i will have to spend a higher dollar amount to find a similar fan to my original. I'm glad I gave this one a try. It's definitely useful, just not for what I need it for.
