CVSPill Splitter - Recessed Safety Blade - Storage Compartment

I have been splitting my pills with a kitchen knife for years, but recently they changed the size of one of my pills and it is so small and not scored. I figured I would give one of these a try and it split it perfectly in half! I am very pleased with this splitter. I also like that the blade is recessed so I don't have to worry about cutting myself and the storage compartment allows me to keep the other half contained without having to dig it back out of the pill bottle.

Very disappointing, it did not cut well and pill residue gets caught in an opening on the cutting surface.

it takes splitting a couple tablets to get used to it, but once you get a feel for it, it does a good job of making a clean split. The storage area on the bottom is a nice touch, allowing separate storage of split tablets away from the complete ones in the Rx bottle.

The object that cuts the pill is plastic and doesn't cut evenly. Mine broke as well. Plastic is not always a good way to go. Sometimes the pressure split my pill into three pieces! Ugh.

This splitter is perfect, precise and protective. Hidden blade and splits the largest pills/vitamins. Love the safety of the hidden blade and storage at the bottom. Sturdy and strong, good price.

Worked horribly. Returned easily.

This really didn't work for me. I was able to split my pills in half, but they tended to slip around and the cutting is not exact. I ended up getting a more accurate cut with a large knife and cutting board.
