Diagel for Dogs (1mL)

My Westie had a mysterious diarrhea of several months. Everything tested negative (and continued to test negative), and his appetite and energy level were unaffected. He seemed normal every other way. Besides testing everything, I tried altering his diet and feeding times. He drinks distilled water (which cleared up a whole lot of subtle ailments but that's another story) and won't go near tap or the so-called filtered or spring water, so I knew the diarrhea likely had nothing to do with the water. Of course, my vet prescribed antibiotics, probiotics, and specialized prescription food. Nothing had a positive effect. After dutifully trying everything, I started listening only to my own logic and searched online for help that made sense. Because of its ingredients and because of the positive product reviews, I decided to try this first. Based on his weight, his dosage comes in a 1-ml syringe. Easy to slip under his side lip and administer quickly. Apparently from his reaction, the taste must not be horrible. After one day--one day!--and one dose of DiaGel and his diarrhea was history AND didn't return. His output quickly returned to normal with absolutely no adverse side effects. Now, I keep a couple of doses always on hand.

My senior rattie had a bad case of garbage gut after getting into some turkey breast scraps that were past their prime. She had gotten better over the weekend, and then it came back & progressed. By Wednesday, she had watery diarrhea, loud gurgling, horrible gas, and was obviously uncomfortable.On Thursday, I gave her 1/2 of the dose. Because of her age & health issues, I wanted to see how she reacted to it. Within about 20 minutes, her gas & gurgling were completely gone. I gave her a small meal last night to get her to take her usual meds, but used all wet food. No diarrhea all night & no reaction to her meal!This morning, she's running around and barking at me for her food like normal after a week of misery. She hasn't had a BM yet, and I'm going to give her smaller meals of mostly wet for a couple of days to be safe.I will say this product is cheaper elsewhere. But I needed it fast & Amazon always comes through! I'll definitely be buying more to have on hand. And an extra star for making a syringe that actually works & is sealed well!

This worked great on 6 year old dog who wasn’t adjusting to new puppy well. Stopped her awful diarrhea caused by anxiety & stress. Second time she needed help with same problem one syringe didn’t work as well though. I’d suggest keeping two on hand to give two days in a row if first dose doesn’t do the trick. Easy to administer and smells/tastes like sweet cinnamon. At a fraction of veterinarian cost & very long expiration date, definitely nice being able to order product online.

I have been a dog owner for 15 years and I have never been told about this medicine until a recent trip to the vet when my 4 year old Shorkie was sick and losing weight. This medicine was given to me by the vet for $40 and it cleared up her diarrhea instantly. I ordered Diagel from Amazon for my other dog and it also helped her. I wish I had known about this medicine years ago. It would have saved me thousands in vet bills.

My miniature schnauzer has stomach cancer and is now in the last stage, so of course he is going to have some serious issues. This was recommended by my vet and has worked very well. Depending on how severe the problem is, you may need to use it twice, however, even with the end stage cancer it was a big help and got things under control.

I got this from my vet for twice the price! He said he uses it for his dogs when they have diarrhea. I have my 12 pound schnoodle a dose and it worked. She had one more episode an hour later (the vet said that might happen) so I gave her another dose and she was good the rest of the night and all the next day. It’s a great product and half of the price my vet charged.

My vet sells it but for twice the amount so I bought it on Amazon to have on hand after finding out how well it works. No need to rush to the vet again and pay a vet bill and higher medicine cost when I have this sitting in my cupboard.

Our vet recommended this for our small dog when he had diarrhea. It worked great and appears to be all natural, herbal ingredients. This settled his stomach quickly and the syringe make it very easy to give to a master at spitting out medicine.
