Good to get yourself active again
I really like this. It's great for beginning again with fitness to get me active. I dont over do it with this. The knee is padded and swivels. I weigh 230lbs and it still holds me.

Perfect
My wife works out home, so this was perfect purchase. She can work out while my kids are watching TV and playing. I can definitively see some result on her. She workout an hour a day depending on my children. The price was made everything ideal for a mom trying to get her figure back.

Loved this
Love, love, love, this product. My kids and husband have all tandomly picked this up ro mess around with it. However, it did break rather easily but I feel like thats my child's fault for using it the wrong way.

Poor grammatical instructions and packaging, doesn't provide a lot of resistance.
Packaging and directions were full of grammatical errors and often didn't make any sense.Product itself is a good idea however the bands don't provide enough resistance even when adjusted.

Easy to hope into workout mode.
Being a mom is harder to find time to work out, but with this equipment I can jump on and off easy and quickly. Don't need to be afraid that the kids might bump in to it and hurt themselves. And the rotating pads, make work out more fun.

Nice workout device.
This works well. I was looking for something that would help me with Exercising at home. This allows me to do multiple different workouts and is adjustable on the tension of the rubber bands.

Multi purpose excercise tool
My husband likes this. It's multi purpose exercise tool and I like the rotating feature the most. It had great stretch to it and looks like a quality item. I hope it lasts.

Good for daily workout
Nice product and easy to use! It is adjustable so you could choose the strenght that you want to train. Take your time, use slower steady movements.
