Perfect product , reasonable price , easy to fit

Good quality puller, but extremely hard to master
Sadly I had very little luck with this. The build quality is good and there are plenty of attachments for every size ding and dent you could imagine. The problem I had was that the attachments pulled off too easy and made no difference to the actual dent. Functionally the theory is good but I feel that it may take a lot more experience than I have to work it properly. I given 4 stars as its unfair for me to blame the tool when it could be my lack of experience.

Worthless rubbish
The product comes in two pieces to reduce shipping length. However, the two pieces are joined by a thread which is so poorly made it pulls apart!It is actually dangerous if used and should be recalled. I see others have complained about the same issue and yet no improvements have been made and this supplier continues to ship the same useless and dangerous item! Ridiculous lack of quality control by a manufacturer.
