Seatopia Self-Inflating Sleeping Pad, Air Camping Mat, Lightweight Foam Padding with Special Design

I have been wrestling with air mattresses, air pumps, patch kits and all kinds of other camping comfort minutia for years, and was just introduced to the concept of the self inflating mats. I bought a couple for our last camping trip and I have to say I’m really stoked. Yes, it’s only like an inch thick but let me tell you it was enough padding to be comfortable and this self inflating is totally great. Had to throw a couple of extra breaths in, I’m assuming it’s because it was the first time it’s been inflated but even if I had to do it every time it’s well worth it. It did not appear to deflate at all during use and we were through, deflating was also a snap. Just fold it and roll it with the valve open and the air pushes right out with minimal effort. Because it is self inflating, you do have to be mindful of the valve while repacking because it wants to suck air back in but it’s not a major issue. Small, lightweight, great colors, connectable with little side snaps to expand the size if you have more than one. Buying one for every member of the family and chucking all of those bulky, awful air mattresses right out the window! And on the subject of mattress bulkiness, the relatively small amount of space that these take up in our storage has me giddy. With the family of seven, the sheer amount of space needed to store air mattresses for everyone is obnoxious.I also love the thickness and seeming durability of the material that the mat is made out of. I didn’t worry once about it getting punctured as I do with standard air mattresses. I’m sure you could probably manage to pop one of these but it would take some major effort.If all you are looking for is basic comfort and/or insulation and separation from cold ground you will probably love this. If you want legit inflated comfort, probably stick with the pain in the bottom mattresses. I for one am a happy convert and this particular mat is my new fave camping item!

I received this sleeping pad and inflated it. When it was completely inflated, I was suoprised at its size. It was big enough for me. I tried lying on it, it's comfortable and I can't feel the coolness on the ground. It also deflates quickly and rolls up conveniently. It will be perfect for my camping and backpacking.

I'm very satisfied with this sleeping pad.The quality of this pad far exceeds my expectation.I used my mouth to help inflate it and it turned into a full air mattress. It is very intimate that it is also equipped with one patch kit to prevent accidental puncture. I think I have chosen the right product.

Super simple to put together. Definitely recommend not using the pillow part and just getting a pillow to use with it. I'm not sure if it's me but the pillow is like an over blown up balloon lol otherwise I love this. Comes in handy for those sleep overs with little bed space or camping trips.

It's compact fit in it's bag. Haven't used it yet.

Very well made pads. They came in with a strap and a storage bag. Love it. The reason why 4 starts is because deflating pillow is tricky. The only wylay I could deflate was by putting a small stick to pushed the membrane away and deflate. It works, but not as easy as should be.
