This is the second time I've ordered the snore pin in a few years. I have a deviated septum and when I'm lying down I can never breathe through my nose without help. The unit is made of Silicone. It is light weight and very comfortable in the nasal passages while allowing the sleeper to rest.The snore pin helps immensely--though not always – I guess just depending on congestion factors, allergens, etc. but more often than not, The snore pin really helps! I used Breathe Rights for years, and most generally they work but they have drawbacks! Like taking skin off your nose, making bright red marks across your nose but don't always go away even through a day or two~ Leaving gummy adhesive on your nose you don't know about so when you go to wipe your nose with a tissue and little bits of it stay -to your unaware self~people tend to think you're a total dork! And last but not least, they're expensive! But what do you do??? you just have to keep buying them.Enter Snore Pin...The Snore Pin is a nice little affordable unit to have on hand and use. When you order one, bonus! – They send you two! And I really like the sound of value by the extra money in my pocket! And they're not expensive! My snoring was so bad that my wife refused to sleep in the same room with me. I have been using the strips across the nose which work well but they were very difficult to remove. Had to use a alcohol pad to work it loose from my nose and then sometimes the glue would still be on my nose and would get gummy and harder to remove! Plus they are so expensive!I ordered the ZHMLY and love it! It works to open my nostrils so I can breathe thru my nose at bedtime and sometimes during the day. Only thing is I do not know if the Z is BPA free, I will do research on that and if not BPA free I will probably go back to the strips.My wife is sleeping with me again and I get a more peaceful sleep as I breathe through my nose all night and not my mouth. I also fall asleep quicker.Excellent item I will use over and over as long as it is BPA free!

I normally don't review a product unless it is a great product or a horrible one. These ZHMLY snore stoppers are fantastic and amazingly simple. I suffer from allergies year round and constantly have sinus issues, which causes me to snore. My wife has a hard time sleeping because of my snoring so I've tried all sorts of snoring solutions, but none of them have been anywhere close to being as effective as these Dortz. Not only do these Dortz keep me from snoring, but they also help me breath better and easier. These are also way more comfortable than any other snoring product I've ever tried. I pop them in, and within 1 minute I don't even notice them (unless I have an itchy nose). I've turned my friends and family on to these and I truly feel that these are an amazing product and an incredible value!

Great product. Very comfortable. Has reduced my snoring big time. Easy to use. Comes in different size. How I use this product is to basically breathe through the nose. This is really works.

My son asked me to do something with my snoring, because he stopped getting enough sleep at night. A friend told my son about the same trouble in his house and had advised to try snoring mouthpiece. He ordered it and I've been using snoring mouthpiece for a while now and it is great. There is no more snoring

My fiance no longer sounds like a freight train. He still snores, but it is much more bearable now. He wakes up feeling less sleepy and has more energy throughout the day. The only negative is that they tend to fall out sometime during the night. I highly recommend these!
