Do Not Buy - It beeps constantly!
DO NOT BUY THIS PRESS! I was excited to find this press so that I could take it with me to the trade and craft shows. The issue is that once this press reaches a pressing temperature and then descends to the "hold" temperature, it is constantly beeping - constantly beeping. I contacted the company to inquire as to how to turn the beep off. The company maintains that the constant beeping is for safety. I have used a heat press, much larger,etc., for years, I know when to turn one off!

Worth the money!
I purchased this mug approximately 6 months ago. Had a small problem with a bent screw, but the company immediately fixed it. I have made over 1000 11oz and 15oz mugs without a single problem. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Works great but beeps non stop when fully heated
I really like the mug press, however, once it gets to its pressing temp it beeps constantly. It does a great job of evenly pressing the mugs but the beeping is awful and I can use it during the day while I have customers in my shop because it annoys them as well. But it works great.

Very honest company.
I purchased this had a few issues but they made it right and now alls well. Seems toWork fine.

Loved the product
Love how it wraps around the mug so well, it does a great job. Still haven't figured out the timer though, may have to call and ask.
