i found this product worked really well to be honest, when i found myself getting really angry after work and talking it out didn't seem to calm the fire i took just one of these and within 5 to 10 minutes i felt quite calm like a everything i was angry about had just washed away which was great. it kind of strange it sort of give you back control over your emotions by nullifying the the stress before it gets out of hand and you really to feel a kind of (its okey) feeling its good stuff and and whats more no problems or side effects

Caused me headaches and LACK OF SLEEP
I rated this as a 1 Star based purely on MY personal experience, I found sleep difficult to achieve everytime I used the product. I had terrible headaches from the products and I also felt no different in any other way, other than the previous stated effects. I would say TRY this product for yourself as everyone is different, but this did NOT work for me. I wish it did.
