AmeriLite Black Xtreme LED Halos Projector Headlights for 2007-2014 Ford Expedition - Passenger and Driver Side

For the main lights to work it is plug and play. You will have to wire in the halos/LEDs. Be sure to set up your vehicle to adjust the headlights to ensure they are not too low or high. That part was pretty easy and all you need is a Phillips screwdriver to do so. In order to wire your halos/leds, I used the Wirefy T-tap connectors (blue for 18 awg-14awg). All you will need are some wire strippers/crimp tool and maybe so mini diagonal cutters to remove the split lume or wire wrapping. For halos/LEDs to hook up to running lights, connect your red wire to the middle wire(purple/white) on the lower light(brown 3 conductor connector). Your black wire will connect to the wire closest to the connector locking tab. Remember that LEDs only operate on correct polarity. Overall it's fairly easy and they look sharp. I have no issues with the lo beam brightness.

I have had them installed for a week. So far they are good. Although, it's on me to adjust the light direction on them. I put them in and just drove away and one of the lights is pointing a bit high up but it'll be easy enough to adjust. They added a fresh modern look to my old truck.

These vibrant lights made my 2013 ford look so much newer and cooler. I get asked about my halo lights frequently. It took a minute to figure out how to get them installed and the halos to work without killing my battery. But once figured out, Ive never had another problem.

The quality on these are just what I was wanting, the brightness eh they are nice but I swapped the bulbs out for LEDs and definitely made it where I wanted them to be, and I love the driving lights with the Halos on these! Haven’t noticed and fogging or and water issue on the inside so would recommend these to anyone whose looking. Only thing I’ll say is when I was looking I didn’t notice maybe I missed it but for the driving lights and the Halo lights you have to run special wires to have them to work which you could just tap into you headlight wires but I wanted by halos on 24/7 so I ran my a little differently.

Poor side visibility. You will have very dark patches on the sides. Seeing road signs and street signs are very difficult at low beam settings. Uneven lighting and they are not adjustable side to side.

They look great and are much better than another set I bought w/single projector. this low beam is brighter, more even horizontally and more pleasing color light. high beams are not as good as OEM, but still doable, compared to the single projector which was not doable. overall I like these and are keeping them.

Daughter loved them so much. We are ordering for our truck.

Look good and are working well so far. It would be nice to have install instruction specifically for the make and model give the year but overall ok.
