But after a minute it was easy to use. The update is what took some getting used to. It took about 10 to program my two key fobs for my 2007 Mazda CX-9. The dealership was going to charge me $580 per key. I paid $159 per key Ana $199 for this product. That’s $518 for two keys. Over half off. And if anything else happens or I need to program any other of my vehicles I’m good. Review: Worked once and stopped working. - This unit is not easy to use. I tried it on three different vehicles declared to be "working". First tried it on a 2010 Chrysler Town & Country. It tried the odometer adjustment and key programming. The mileage correction worked the first time only. I did not declare to set in km or mi. Since my cluster is in mi, I typed in the correct mileage according to the ECM. It rolled back the odometer because it was expecting KM. Now I have a vehicle with less mileage and it won't correct it. It comes up with an error that it failed to read mileage. Odometer works, but it is now about 55k miles too low. The tool will not change the mileage displayed on the cluster anymore. Tried the key programming feature. It was handy to find the PIN code, but that's it. Would not program the key. I was able to use the PIN on my wiTech install to program the key. Second vehicle tested was a 2013 Ford Fiesta with the smart key. When I try to program it, it tells me invalid key code. Tried to use the China/Asia setting and it fails saying the ignition is off (well duh, I'm trying to program a keyless ignition). Could not test any other functions on this car as it would not program a key. Sending the unit back and will try another solution. Hopefully I can fix the odometer on the 2010 T&C before it is sold because it now has a non-compliant odometer.

Fast product, requires update to unlock functions, cannot update following instructions
Product is well made, quick and easy to use. A very big issue is the lack of clear instructions for update. It is required to update to get full functionality. I have emailed seller and have received no response. If I cannot update it, I will have to return it.

Make sure it is compatible with the cars you intend to use it with.
Does not cover many car models. Did not work with my 2000 Ford F150. Should have tried to check on their website before buying but it was difficult to navigate.

Devastated :(
If you want it to work right prepare to triple the cost or at least 2 ½ times more for the not included accessory that a tually reads and writes the keys.
