Pretty sure they work
I think these work for litter box odors, but not 100% sure, maybe I'm just psyching myself out. Good size package, with nice size rocks. Picture pretty accurate, there are a few smaller rocks. There was some dust & shavings in the bag, but I just dumped those into the litter box. I placed the rocks on a tray & put them in the sun for a day. The next day I placed them around on window sills, & shelves by the litter box. Again, I think it helped with room odor. I also use zeolite powder in the litter, & am positive that that helps to eliminate the odor. I re-charge the rocks every few days back in the sun. I will say, I charge them in my bedroom, which faces south. When I went to bed, they were still in the window sill, cause I was to lazy to take them back to the cat's room. When I was trying to go to sleep, I noticed a weird, chemical type smell. I realized it must be the rocks. I removed them from my room & the odor was gone. I do not notice the smell in the cat's room, or when I opened the package. I'm wondering if maybe its an odor they give off when they are charged, to eradicate "stink". I don't sit around in the cat's room, so maybe that's why it was noticeable in my room.

Nature's Air Freshener
I was having problems with certain odors in my bedroom (where my old frail chihuahua and I sleep) and in the bathroom because I was having toilet flushing issues (older home with septic tank). The air fresheners on the market today are very toxic and I don't tolerate them at all. So what to do since I couldn't stomach inviting people to my house and have them say my house smells....other than the great smells of apple pie, chocolate chip cookies, or mouth watering brownies. My goal was to find a natural air freshener that I could tolerate and truly keep my odoriferous zones odor free. After doing some research on the internet, zeolite seemed to be the perfect solution, in particular, the big chunky zeolite, as opposed to the granulated. I read that after a while, the rocks stop absorbing odors, but they can be "re-charged" so to speak by putting them into direct sunlight for a day. I guess the UV spectrum sanitizes the rocks and then they are good to go, again. Sounds very economical, to me.Its been a couple of weeks now and I've noticed that the bedroom doesn't have a doggy smell (the zeolite is near the dog bed). The toilet issue has been fixed (it was just a matter of bending the arm on the float), but I've had a comments from family that there are no odors in the house at all. Clean air, happy life! Any suggestions on how to suggest or give a gift of zeolite to a good friend who's house whole house has an odor without hurting feelings?

Great to keep litter box odor at bay
I bought this to keep the litter box order at Bay. I have a smaller version of these rocks that was advertised as odor control but these are more economical. You do need to refresh them every month in the sun but that’s a small price to pay for not having to buy those awful smelling deodorizers.I found a mesh bag, put the rocks in and set them by the litter box. They don’t give off any odor and my cat still uses his litter box as usual.

Awesome - for absorbing odors too!!!
After making a couple of gallons of Kimchi, my refrigerator stunk of garlic! And some of my other refrigerated foods, started to smell and taste of Kimchi. Which was a bummer, since I love my Kimchi!. I put a new box of Baking Soda in my fridge, and still days later - there was "no" change of the odor emanating from my fridge! After my Zeolite Filter Rocks arrived, I put a couple of the larger Zeolite stones in the door of my fridge, wondering if they would be able to absorb the stench of Kimchi that had overtaken my fridge. A few hours later, I was amazed than when I opened my fridge door - I found that all of the Kimchi smells were gone! And the Zeolite Filter Rocks did in hours, what the Baking Soda couldn't even touch in days! The Zeolite Stones can also be "refreshed", by boiling them for 10 minutes in boiling water. As dry out quickly when they are taken out of the water, and are easily reused :-)

They work for my purpose
Well I don't know that they filter anything, or that they "recharge" in sunlight but they work marvelous as decor in hamster tanks and function very well as pee rocks in rat cages! They're easy to clean, and I do put them outside every week or so in the sun. Like cloth diapers, I swear it helps bleach them. Might be my imagination though 🤷

Miracle product.
Zeolite is not new to me. I love the odor removing qualities of this mineral. I purchased it years ago for a cat shelter to remove the litter box odors and it worked wonders. This time I purchased it because a mobile home on our property was sprayed by a skunk that got under the house. Three days after putting the Zeolite around the inside of the house the skunk smell was gone! I took the rocks out rinsed them and allowed them to dry in the sun. They are ready for the next use! I think I will try the Chicken coup next.

Zeolite rocks are the truth!
I put these bad boys in my fridge and right by the kitty litter box and WOW! They truly absorb odor. The cat box isn't stinking to high heaven after two days. I do scoop regularly but after about 4 days it's time to change. With these rocks I didn't really smell the cat box but changed it due to it being time. The ones in my fridge took all of the smell that we had from a new fridge that was shut for a long time. These rocks are the truth!

Big bag of rocks
Exactly what I wanted, but too many for my size tank. I just wanted it for a small Beta tank. So, will be changing out the little guy's rocks for a change of scenery occasionally.
