Great tool for Vegans on WW
I’ve been a vegan for 14 months now and really didn’t find the transition from carnivore as difficult as I anticipated it would be. The only thing that I do find challenging is the amount of prep time late at night when I get home from work. This book is the absolute solution. I use it in conjunction with my Weight Watchers lifestyle and it’s been so helpful. All the recipes that we’ve tried so far are delicious and the instructions are well-detailed. The shopping lists are a huge bonus - I just take a picture with my phone and I’m off. I can’t say emphatically enough how valuable preparing in advance has helped me to stay on track. One of the best parts is the page of sauces that make all the difference in the recipes. Suddenly I’m serving delicious and impressive meals! I’m hooked and an active follower in their YouTube channel as well! Hoping for a third book! 😃

Easy plant based meals for everyone!
My husband and I have been talking about trying to add more veggies into our cooking and possibly doing a few days meatless for a while now but have never been able to follow through. So when I saw Steph and Adam had written second book AND it was plant based I was like hell yeah! This book is so informative and the recipes are easy and delicious! We made the drunken noodles last night and my very very picky husband and 1.5 year old both could not get enough. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to dive in or even just stick a toe in to plant based eating!

My FAVORITE plant based meal-prep book!
This is a wonderful meal-prep book for anyone wishing to incorporate more plant based meals! It is loaded with helpful information and delicious recipes. I have been using it now for a couple weeks and we are loving it. I can't say enough about the ease of prep with very easy to follow directions using simple ingredients. It really IS for every cook at any level of expertise. I have especially liked reading through all of the helpful tips, and very much appreciate the beautiful food photography. I own their first meal prep book (which I also highly recommend) and this one is the perfect complement.

Tasty, healthy recipes
I've had this book for about a week and I've prepared around five recipes in that time. All of the recipes are generally simple with common, easy to find ingredients. All of the recipes I've tried so far have turned out very good. The flavors are amazing and I haven't eaten any other food since receiving this book. I would highly recommend this book for anyone who wants to either go fully plant based to someone looking to add a few plant based meals into their diet.

Best meal prep book ever!
This is the best plant-based system setup for healthy eating. I look forward to the day when they release a 52-week "meal prep day" cookbook ❤️ In my opinion, for those people who struggle to be compliant, the meal plan shopping list and action plan create the easiest and tastiest way to adhere to the plant-based lifestyle.

These recipes are so simple I can’t believe it!
I have been following Stephanie and Adam for about 4 years now! I follow their amazing YouTube channel and started my meal prep journey thanks to them! I have both of their books and all recipes are so simple and so delicious! I look forward to meal prepping and it’s become a new hobby of mine. They break it down so easily for you in this book! I am not vegan but I enjoy eating vegan thanks to these recipes! You can’t even tell the difference! The vegan eggplant rollatini in this book is to die for!!! This book will not disappoint trust me! I have become an expert in meal prepping and 4 years ago I had no idea how to cut an onion! Stephanie and Adam you two are amazing and keep being great!!!

Easy and simple.
What an amazing meal prep book! It has everything from what you need to put into your pantry to how to prepare everything. It’s so easy and simple. Adam and Stephanie make everything so personal it’s as if they are speaking directly to you. This meal prep book gives you multiple dishes to make for the whole week. I can’t wait for them to make another book so I can buy that one too! Favorite people by far, not only are they amazing cooks they are so humble!

Tasty, easy meal prep. Questionable accuracy on the listed carb and macro counts.
I really like that it includes a shopping list and is laid out nicely to get things done. When I added the ingredients in myfitnesspal, the calorie count is higher than the book suggests. I also recognize they claim the macros are balanced and such, but... again, according to myfitnesspal the meal week I did (mexican quinoa and white bean burgers) were heavy on the carb side, and low on the protein side which is important for weight loss.

High calorie
These are great meal prep recipes with full shopping lists and instructions on how to efficiently meal prep. My only issue is that some of the recipes are very high in calories, with some reaching nearly 800 calories per serving. Being on a calorie controlled diet means that a lot of the recipes are no good or will need adjusting.

Protein deficiency
I really don’t understand the hype of this book. Sure some of the meals look nice but they really aren’t healthy. I saw a 700 calorie meal in there with only 7 grams of protein, some of the breakfasts have as little as 2 grams of protein??? Protein is extremely important in a balanced healthy diet and it’s disappointing they haven’t catered for it. Every meal should contain 30g+ of protein and none of these meals hit that mark.

Pricey but worth it, great vegan recipes, I made sour cream from cashews!! Who knew!! Good pictures, easy to follow. Tasty recipe's.Thinking of buying for friends..

Amazing BUT
Very good book throughout but isn't 100% UK friendly. Some ingredients are not massively common outside of the US, so being in England some recipes are more difficult
