Very comfortable, very absorbent and a better price in bulk than the most comparable product and my favorites, NorthShore. I now need incontinence briefs and none of the grocery store options is worth even bringing home for me. What I like about this brand is the wide size range and the cost if you buy through subscribe and save. I am a plus sized woman and one of the frequently top rated brands (Tena) has a size that fits me based on the stated size, but is actually off by several inches. I had to tear the sides up a bit or my legs were chafed, which lead to leaks. The best brand I’ve found before this for heavier absorption is NorthShore, but even if you buy the case of 44 it comes out to nearly $3 per brief. This brand starts out the same price for 11 but at 44, they are about $2 each. I find the fit great, they are comfortable and absorbent, with no leaks. Something to note: unlike most brands, the striped bands on the waistband for this brand goes in the FRONT, not the back as others brands do. I recommend these highly for fit, quality and price.

I was having an issue with keeping the bed dry for my incontinent mother with dementia. She woke up embarrassed and upset with herself for something she couldn’t help. After reading about incontinent briefs, I found this one to claim to hold 10 cup of water. That’s 2.5 quarts. Surely that could prevent a total bed linen wash every day. The other thing that drew me in was the sizing. They had a size that matched her tiny thighs. Well who knew a 93 yo could manufacture so much urine in her sleep. It’s astounding. These vastly improved the morning outcome with many mornings having dry bedding. The problem I faced is a universal problem with all saturated incontinent briefs…. When they have become heavily saturated, the weight and expansion causes the leg opening to gap. So if my mother got up with this full brief and sat on the edge of the bed or a chair, it would compress the absorbent material and they leak through the gapped leg openings. I added a pair of waterproof pantaloons over the brief and under the pajamas. It works even better. Nothing seems to be perfect, but changing an occasional under pad is vastly better than the entire bed. The pantaloons helped tons, but they still leaked at the leg openings on occasions due to the quantity of urine and the design of gathered material via elastic at mid thigh. The LivDry product is very good at doing its job. How can such tiny old people make that much urine, anyway??? I would make a line of briefs that fit more like “boy shorts” that would maintain thigh contact even with the absorbent layer full. But these briefs are awesome and i have reordered a couple of times. It’s a staple at our house now. I have also used them for long car traveling since stopping when you need to doesn’t always work out. Other brand briefs would work as far as the amount of urine they hold, but they don’t fit her legs as well and will leak easily when the volume absorbed gets above average and unable to change immediately.

These are the best incontinence underwear I have found so far. My mother says they are comfortable and effective. She is pleased with the fit and the absorbancy.

They are absorbant. I wish the padding went to the sides more. But overall they work much better than depends. No skin irritation and the material seems to be pretty good. They do not control odor. It's a throw away so it doesnt need to be durable.

Easy on and easy off. In an emergency you can rip them off safely without making a mess.I use them for my elderly mother. She has become functionally incontinent and these help. They are able to handle both urine and bowel waste. No more accidents. Great product.

Super absorption . Never leaks. Great product.

It does not hold the water as it use to so I have to change more often and I don't like the cost

This is the best product i have found for my mother. No leaks. More expensive, yes; but worth every darn penny! As a Registered Nurse I have even recommended these to callers who also have elderly parents struggling with incontinence. I have delivered right to her care facility.

These absorb well but the small left a ridge mark in my husband`s waist. The medium`s leg opening is too big so there is more leakage. I wish these companies could come up with better sizing to fit more people properly. It`s not like these products are inexpensive either.

They fit better than other products I have used. Too bad they don't come in a set like the others and I also find them a little expensive.
